Condominio contemporáneo renovado de 3 dormitorios / 3 baños, con increíbles vistas desde cada ventana. Terraza de toda la unidad con vistas a la tranquila y privada Cowpet Bay, St. John y Great St. James.

Disfrute de las espectaculares vistas desde su condominio para no fumadores con vista a la hermosa Cowpet Bay, que cuenta con tres habitaciones, tres baños, tres baños y 1.400 pies cuadrados. El condominio tiene todo lo que necesitas para una escapada relajante y divertida. La sala de estar cuenta con un sofá seccional extra grande, un televisor de 40 pulgadas y un reproductor de DVD / estéreo con reproductor de iPod y servicio de internet inalámbrico de cortesía. Tiene una terraza cubierta extra grande con espacio para comer / descansar al aire libre con capacidad para seis personas. En el interior, tienes tres habitaciones extragrandes con sábanas de hotel, cada una con su propio baño privado completo y toallas. Todas tienen aire acondicionado, ventiladores de techo individuales, televisores grandes con reproductores de DVD y armarios con espacio para colgar. Dos suites tienen vista al mar y acceso a la terraza al aire libre. Solo se tarda 30 segundos en caminar hasta la hermosa playa bordeada de palmeras, donde hay sillas de playa y lounge de cortesía. Aquí usted puede disfrutar del sol o la puesta a la sombra de una palmera o seagrape. La playa cuenta con una gran zona de baño protegida y una zona donde se puede bucear. Al lado de la playa es una gran piscina ajardinada con bañera de hidromasaje. También hay un gran bar y restaurante, Caribbean Fish Market, que sirve cenas y bebidas.

En el animado pueblo cercano de Red Hook, puede tomar un ferry a St. Juan y las Islas Vírgenes Británicas (pasaporte necesario). La ciudad tiene una gran mezcla de restaurantes, bares, cafeterías, una tienda de abarrotes / licores / vinos, boutiques de regalos y especialidades, además de un gran puerto deportivo para todas sus necesidades de pesca / chárter. The views were amazing and the layout was perfect for 3 couples traveling together. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The unit itself could use some attention and a more detail cleaning.

Pros/Cons Pros: The location is perfect. A rental car is definitely needed for exploring options, 35 minutes to airport and only 2 miles to Red Hook which offers dining options, grocery store options (which put on your seatbelt for the grocery prices) and the ferry to St. Johns. 20 minutes to Charlotte Amalie which is another must see town of fun. The condo is clean and furnished with everything you need from beach towels, to laundry detergent. The beds sleeps so very comfortable. A detailed property book and a very responsive and helpful property manager is available. The view from the balcony is Amazing. CONS: Regardless of the instructions on hot water to wait a few seconds or not to use multiple water sourced items, in 5 days I didn't get even a lukewarm shower. The main bedroom guest had warm showers but the two side ones, we did not. There is no hot water. The accuracy of the pictures are not the exact same. The furniture is outdated and not as bright as it appears. We never had a day where the beach on the property looks like the pictures. Luckily, you are so close to so many small beach areas or excursion ones that it wasn't an issue but no one was utilizing the beach area as it was not as shown.

Could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Condo was clean and spacious for our family of 5 and well stocked all around. Restaurants and pool were a quick 5-10 minute walk and had some of the best meals at them.

We had a great stay at this perfect condo! The beds were comfortable and we loved all having our own separate spaces. There were plenty of pool floaties and had everything we needed! It’s in a great location but you definitely need to rent a car. The view from the balcony was amazing to wake up to every morning which I attached photos of. The pool was so nice and never super busy so you could quietly lay out for hours. We all agreed we would stay here again.

Amazing family vacation

The property was as described, the views were gorgeous, and the area was clean and quiet. We loved the Red Hook area. Great selection of beaches and restaurants. Also, close to ferry. St. John is a must see! The only real issue with the property is the amount of steps, if you have older folks or health problems in your group.

Great Escape

We had an amazing time. We rented a vehicle through the property and it was very helpful. It was easy to load everyone up and drive down to the beach and pool area. There are "rest stops" along the stairs to and from the pool/beach but it was better for our group to use the vehicle. The unit has all the beach towels you could hope for, camp chairs, small coolers and floats-no need to bring a float from home like I did. There are hairdryers in the bathrooms. Watching the boats come and go in the early morning or in the evening while winding down was relaxing. There is a second restaurant besides the fancy Caribbean Fish Market, lighter fare, where you can dry off, put on a cover up and head to eat. We really enjoyed our stay and the accommodations were great

Beautiful View and Spacious Accommodations, Convenient, Safe Resort

My family of four including a 14-year-old boy and 17-year-old girl husband and wife stayed at this beautiful property. We arrived early and the cleaners were very kind to let us put our things on the porch.. We were able to grab lunch at one of the lunch spots on the resort while they finish preparing for our stay. This property was everything we wanted and then some.. The view is absolutely gorgeous. Having three king sized beds with a bathroom for each bedroom made this a true vacation for our family. The property was well equipped with kitchen supplies, including spices, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, beach towels, and bath towels, there was even a closet with beach toys and floats. We rented the owner’s rental car, which I highly recommend the key was on the counter and we had an immediate access to a vehicle to go to the grocery store. Not having to deal with a rental car company and the process of picking it up and returning it gave us more vacation time The swimming pool and hot tub were really nice and relaxing. It made for a great way to spend our evenings as a family together after dinner. Very private and a nice change from the busy all inclusive resorts that we have been to in the past. The location of this property is perfect. It is a quick five minute ride to town and the ferry. As well as some of the beautiful beaches on the island, including Linquist Beach, Coki Beach and Sapphire Beach. I highly recommend this property.

Incredible stay at a Great Condo in St. Thomas

We had the most amazing week-long stay at this three-bedroom, three-bathroom condominium in St. Thomas from January 3rd to January 10th, 2025! From the moment we arrived, we were absolutely blown away by the spectacular views. Every morning, we were treated to a breathtaking sunrise that painted the sky with stunning colors – a truly unforgettable experience. The condo was very comfortable, with spacious bedrooms and some of the most comfortable beds we've slept in while traveling.The property is just a short 7-minute walk down approximately 150 stairs to the beach and a lovely pool. Both were absolutely perfect for relaxing or enjoying a swim. The convenience of being so close to both the beach and pool made it easy to enjoy the best of what St. Thomas has to offer. Additionally, we loved the nearby local dining and bar options, with great food and drinks just a short drive away. For those wanting to explore more of the island, other amazing beaches were just a short drive from the condo.The actual stay was easy and seamless. The owner, John, was a pleasure to work with. He provided us with all the information we needed in advance and made sure our stay was perfect. Tanji, the property manager, was equally fantastic. She was incredibly responsive, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time at the condo.All in all, this property provided the perfect setting for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

Great family trip!

This condo had everything we needed for an extended family trip. Kitchen was well stocked, we made breakfast almost every morning. Condo also supplied beach towels, inflatables, and sand toys. The property manager was able to supply a second pack and play for us, which was so helpful!The walk to the pool and beach was a little further than we anticipated, but we also had 3 littles under 3 that slowed us down. Still, great area and great views of Cowpet bay.

Great Location and Amenities

This is our 5th stay on the island. This location is the perfect mix for the family. Beach within walking distance, pool for the kiddos, restaurants on site, but still quiet and relaxing. The vehicle on site was a plus and the property manager was great to work with. Will be back!

We bought this condo because we visited St Thomas with two friends of ours the year before. The area is absolutely gorgeous, from the turquoise ocean and the incredible views, to the lush vegetation that grows on the island. We fell in love with the place. The climate is great and the people that live here are the friendliest and most laid back you'll find.

The view as you walk in is breathtaking. Every time we walk over the arched threshold, you feel like you're on vacation. The condo is spacious and has everything you need. The beds are soooo comfortable.
