30 'de la playa. Usted no va a encontrar un condominio que ofrece un paseo más cercano a la playa.
Tres dormitorios cada uno con su propio cuarto de baño. El dormitorio principal está amueblado con una cama king size y tiene un balcón con vistas a la playa. El segundo dormitorio está amueblado con una cama queen size y tiene un balcón junto a la playa. La suite del tercer dormitorio también tiene una cama de matrimonio y un sofá cama doble.
Los tres baños han sido recientemente remodelados con hermosas encimeras de cuarzo.

Hay un juego pack n disponible.
La sala de estar y comedor ofrece un hermoso balcón amueblado con una mesa y sillas para que usted pueda disfrutar de una cena con una hermosa vista o simplemente para disfrutar de su café de la mañana mientras escucha las olas.
Brisas y vistas hermosas del océano. El condominio tiene una lavadora y secadora y una cocina totalmente equipada. Sábanas y toallas, así como toallas de playa. Tendrá acceso a una hermosa piscina privada ubicada en la propiedad. (La piscina está en proceso de renovación debido a los huracanes)
La playa tiene muchos salones y sillas para su uso.

Hay dos restaurantes en la propiedad: The Caribbean Fish Market, un excelente restaurante que abre todos los días para la cena y para el brunch del domingo, el Sangria's Beachside Bistro (Sangria's está cerrado por reformas) que ofrece cenas informales para el desayuno, el almuerzo y la cena. Está abierto los 7 días de la semana. También hay un bar en la piscina ubicado junto a la piscina (cerrado debido a la renovación del huracán). El mercado de pescado ofrece entretenimiento en vivo para el brunch del domingo. También tienen un excelente Happy Hour de 5 a 7 con aperitivos a mitad de precio y bebidas especiales. Usted obtendrá un 10% de descuento en cualquiera de estos lugares durante su estancia en mi apartamento. Este descuento también se aplica a Pesce, Melt y Raw ubicados en Red Hook, a unas dos millas del condominio.

Cowpet es una comunidad cerrada, muy segura. Hay un lugar de estacionamiento designado en frente de su entrada al condominio.

GREAT location!

The location of this condo cannot be beat! It’s so close to a beautiful beach (Bay), pool, and good restaurants. Sitting on the balcony enjoying the ocean was definitely a highlight. Judi was great to work with! Any issue we had was immediately resolved. Thank you! A couple of notes: -coolers and pool noodles included were great (the smaller cooler is broken)-kitchen well stocked-bed in 3rd bedroom VERY old and uncomfortable. Other 2 beds were great! -could use a deep cleaning of furniture, etc and maintenance on patio doors-private parking space was super convenient-washer/dryer in unit super helpfulOverall, a fun place to stay in a fantastic location!

Right on the Ocean / terrible contact with host

PROS:Villa is per the description.The Sangria Bistro had very good food & drinks & additional 10% discount. Pool bartenders were wonderful. Caribbean Fish Market is 30-40/entree. CONS:Description says:A car is not required for transportation to & from this property.Technically true. But YOU CANNOT WALK ANYWHERE! With no car, you hire a taxi for everything except the resort beach, bars, restaurants & a 15 walk to other beaches, this is questionable with NO sidewalks anywhere.Taxis charge/person & fee varies each trip, clarify when you book. Family of 6 spent 1500 on taxis & ferries, went to St John's 2x, Red Hook, Magens bay beach. HOST:Terrible communication - asked about snorkeling gear, if had fins would not pack, was told bring your own, yet there were enough we would have left ours at home, asked about help with taxi - no response. Asked about late checkout - no response, asked again was told no problem. Let host know master bed had broken legs & mattress was sagging,I was sick & asked if could come the next day - never did. No contact when we arrived to make sure all was ok.Sewage pipe broke & no toilet service for several hours, but found this out after I informed her it wasn't working. Starter bottles of shampoo & soaps included as a courtesy (gone by day 2)was sent a copy & paste response so has been an issue in the past.Furniture is stained, washer has mold, balcony has rotted wood.Internet/tv hit or miss, no biggie Location great, rest - not impressed.

Great location! 3 bedrooms 3 baths!

Great view and location. 10 steps to a clean nice beach!! Taxis were close at the next hotel if you wanted to head out. Restaurants were delicious for any meal. Supplies to cook were there too. Had a little trouble with the key pad...but the owner came right away. We did book a boat trip with the booth on the beach ...but be careful as he described it much differently than the actual itinerary. Overall clean beach, place and pool. We all had a wonderful trip!

Celebration trip

Beautiful beach- quiet and lovely. Property was great for 3 adult siblings. Alone space and comfortable common area. We cooked several times- nice to have a relaxing night in. Caribbean Fish market was a minute’s walk away for us and had wonderful food. We kept going back for the orange cheesecake! Communication with the owner was easy- nice to have someone so responsive! And the beach sunsets—- definitely worth the trip

Great vacation

Location is awesome and condo has Keurig. Need to up update amenities. Keurig was not listed. Plenty of towels and beach towels.

Celebrate Birthday

We had a wonderful time. The place is very central to everything. 30 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the ferry to go to St. John. We stay at a beach area and had pool access. Near restaurants as well. The place was clean and had all the necessary supplies. We will stay again. 😊

Great location.

The condo was located as close to the beach/pool and restuarant as you could get. The view was awesume and the complex lovely. The condo does need a little TLC. The main thing being the furniture needs replacing in the den and dining room. It was comforable but too many people have sat on them with too much sun screen, I guess. Several other small things that could be fixed easily, such as a bedroom lamp switch, a knob that falls off in your hand,sliding door lock broken, etc. Even though the situation I am about to describe was mostly out of the owner's hands, it still happened and may again. When we arrived all the toliets were full of a foul smelling blue/gray water. When they were flushed it filled every room with an even worse smell. This situation went on for the first five days before it semi cleared up. The complex had recently switched over to a "treated" gray waste water for the toliets. Evidently, they miscalulated their ability to do it correctly. Sorry for being so negitive, but if you're not told about problems they can never be fixed. Normally I would give this a 3.5, but as it is either a 3 or four I will put 4 star.

Overall great stay

Online listing has it all… Three bedrooms three baths. Full kitchen. Laundry. Steps away from the beach and two restaurants. Enjoyed the condo with a few exceptions. Screens to balcony need to be fixed… Couldn’t leave the door open to enjoy the sound of the waves at night. Furniture could use a deep upholstery cleaning (or replacing as cushions are a bit worn). Knives in the kitchen are dangerously dull. BUT… we all enjoyed the space and the ability to cook and do laundry in our own space. Judy was a wonderful host and I’d stay again if we go back to St. Thomas!!

Loved out stay!

The property was perfect for our family vacation! This was our first to St. Thomas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This condo was one of the best locations in the community! Just a short walk to the beach, pool and restaurants. Condo was sufficiently supplied with everything we needed for the week. Would definitely book again!

Great Condo and Location

We loved the condo and amenities. Condo was well stocked, clean and very comfortable. Great location close to restaurants and ferry to St. John. The kids loved the pool. Would definitely book again!

Beautiful beach/ocean view and quiet

The view from the porch is beautiful. Lots of palm trees and the beach is never crowded. Plenty of chairs and shade available if you want it. The beds are comfortable and it’s so quiet in the condo. We loved the location and happy with the condo. Would stay there again and they are very responsive to needs. Enjoyed it!

Excellent getaway

We enjoyed this wonderful villa so much! Beautiful location and quiet area! Perfect for a family or just a group of friends who love to share stories, a good read and a lazy day in the sand. Judi is a wonderful host.

Nice location. Condo very comfortable. Was concerned about seaweed on beach when we first got there but this property did an amazing job cleaning it up every morning.

Beautiful Property with a View

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The condo was updated, nicely appointed and very comfortable. We were also steps away from the beach and enjoyed the view from the balcony. I would absolutely stay at this property again!

Perfect Location and Everything You Need!

We were 3 couples in our 60s and found this condo to be perfect for us! The view and distance to beach, pool and restaurants were probably the best in the complex. The condo was super clean, well stocked with bath and beach towels, beach gear, etc and we thoroughly enjoyed our 7 days! The restaurants on property are great if you don't want to leave for any meal or cook in your condo. Our host was very accessible and helpful with information so we never needed to contact Property Manager. She was so understanding and accommodating when the airlines delayed 2 couples' arrival by a day. We normally book all inclusive hotels, but were perfectly happy here! We highly recommend booking this unit!

Great Family Vacation

Amazing family vacation for all ages, including toddler, adults, and grandparents. Location was perfect. Stunning view. Beach toys were a huge bonus for our kids. Would 100% go back to this location in a heartbeat.

Fabulous Vaca with Family

Everything was just as advertised. Nice clean villa with a beautiful view. Complaint? The porch wasn't big enough with us sitting out there everyday. The weather was perfect. Beach was so nice. Snorkling was good. There was just no downside to this location.

It is right on the beach. Our beach is beautifully maintained. There are two restaurants on Property so you have it all right here. There is also live entertainment.
There is a Beach Hut that can help you plan any excursion you may like.
