The townhome is stocked with all the necessary details to make travel easy: high-speed internet, smart TVs, games, pool towels, etc. Brand new pots, pans, silverware, bedding, and 4 new electric scooters!

Fantastic family townhouse with lots of space!

We had a great trip to Zion and this townhouse was a wonderful spot to relax after busy days at the Park. Easy access to grocery store. Pool was nice and hot tub was useful after a busy day hiking. Ages 15-55 and everyone was happy.

Why they chose this property

When we decided to get a vacation home, Southern Utah was the obvious choice. We had done tons of research for the entire area, and Zion Village had everything we were looking for! The pool area has so much to offer that my kids can spend hours and hours there. Definitely the best amenities of any place I’ve seen in Utah. It feels like a real vacation destination with all the convenience of home!

What makes this property unique

We love the views from the back porch and the peace of not having anyone behind us. When we travel, we appreciate the convenience that comes with a garage, to stash toys or take off muddy shoes, and a full-length driveway to cater to multiple vehicles or trailers.
