Mountain village atmosphere, the 'ultimate' in Plagne.
Apartment: Orientation SOUTH WEST with balcony and views of the valley, 20 meters from the lifts, bowling, fitness center, ski school and creche different shops. You put the car in the beginning of the stay and resume at end of stay.
At the foot of Glacier 3400m = guaranteed snow. Up to 450 km of slopes (Paradiski).

Separate kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, 4 hot plates, raclette, fondue tt comfort. Separate toilet, bathroom with tub.
Children's bedroom with sliding door and window, bunk beds and drawer, living room with sofa bed for 2 people. Large 82cm flat screen, dvd-divx player + CD player.

Bien situé

Appartement bien agencé, propriétaire a l écoute et disponible. Peut être préciser pour la mise en place des volets, ce sont des panneaux a mettre par nous même, car les il n y a pas de volet dans la résidence.Du coup l installation manuelle est très efficace. great apartment close to ski slope and centre

Nice clean apartment, very conveniently located close to the village centre and ski slope. The only issue is we had to collect the keys from Plagne Bellecote, a neighbouring town. There is a cable car between the two villages but unfortunately this does not run until 9am and our transfer bus leaving was at 8am, this meant a long walk along the road down to Plagne Bellecote to drop off the key. It would be better if the keys could be collected from a key safe or a location in Belle Plagne.

sehr gut Lage

Das Objekt hat eine sehr gute Lage, man kommt mit wenigen Schritten auf die Ski-Piste! Es gibt in nächster Nähe Bäcker, Supermarkt, Metzger, Ski-Verlei, Restaurants, Geschäfte, alles was man braucht... Das Appartment ist klein, wir waren zu fünft dort, das war sehr, sehr eng, wenn die Betten ausgezogen sind, kann man sich eigentlich nicht mehr bewegen. Es gibt eine Spülmaschine, der Rest der Einrichtung ist nicht neu, aber ok. Leider gibt es kaum Möglichkeiten seine Sachen unterzubringen, da es nur eine Kommode gibt, die mit Geschirr und Küchenutensilien voll ist und in dem 1-Meter breiten Kleiderschrank bekommt man natürlich auch nicht Klamotten von 5 Personen unter. Einziges Manko: die Toilettenbrille muss dringend ausgetauscht werden, die ist wirklich ekelhaft Ansonsten ist man ja sowieso den ganzen Tag auf der Piste, das Skigebiet ist TOP, und den Rest des Tages muss man eben etwas zusammen rutschen 😊

Excellent location

The apartment was in an excellent location Well equipped and everything that you could need Comfortable warm and good supply of hot water Good view of mountains and short distance to bars and restaurants as well as the slopes Thankyou. Would definitely consider booking again very good value too

Situation parfaite, mais...

Pas de hotte aspirante, donc obligés d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour évacuer les odeurs... alors les pertes de chaleur ; gaspillage du chauffage. Pas de lit 2 personnes, du coup, en couple vous dormez chaqu'un dans son lit ; Les rideaux minables, on dirait qu'ils étaient calculés au mm près par le promoteur pour ne pas dépasser les coûts. Bref... plutôt bien fatigués que reposés, nous étions hâte de revenir à la maison pour le sommeil récupérateur. La troisième étoile pour la vue; si non 2 voire 1 étoile pour le confort.

Bel appartement, bonne situation !

Bel appartement situé à quelques mètres des pistes, belle vue sur les pistes, balcon ensoleillé fin de journée ! A 2 mètres du centre commercial (restaurants, supermarché, parking (72€/sem), location des skis). Appart fonctionnel, nous étions 2, parfait pour 4 personnes (5 non recommandé). Propriétaire disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions (avant/pendant le sejour). Qd nous sommes arrivés, le nettoyage n'était pas parfait mais cela dépend des personnes précédentes et non du propriétaire ... salle de bain fonctionnelle, cuisine et électros aussi.... lits confortables.... Il manquait un tire bouchon pour notre bonne bouteille de vin ;-) (les voisins étaient sympas). 100% fiable, à recommander sans hésitation. Merci à Mr Malaize (à l'année prochaine). Geoffrey

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L'appartement est idéalement bien situé (dans le village et proche des pistes) Le propriétaire est prévenant, toujours là si besoin. Adresse à retenir.

Le logement est conforme au descriptif, fonctionnel, lumineux.

J' ai trouve en arrivant un logement convenant a mes attentes. Il est très lumineux, fonctionnel et confortable. On trouve rapidement ses marques. Le wifi n' est pas comprit mais on peut l'obtenir facilement sur le net grâce a un opérateur qui le fourni sur la station(belle - plagne) pour une somme tout a fait raisonnable. Mr MALAIZE est très préoccupe par le confort de ces locataires. Prévenant et facilement joignable . Réactif, il met tout en oeuvre pour résoudre tous les problèmes. Dans mon cas, c' est le précédant locataire qui n'avait pas remit les clés du logement au lieu ou je devais les récupérer, mais avec un coup de téléphone au propriétaire et 15 minutes d' attente le problème fut résolu de tel façon que ce souci n'a pas eu d’incidence sur le déroulement de mon séjour. Pour avoir fait d'autre séjours dans différentes structures (mobil'homes, hôtels, maisons), cette appartement et les services fournis m'ont laisse une très bonne impression. Si vous allez dans ce secteur, je vous conseille ce logement (j ai eu l' impression d’être dans un gite ou les hôtes prennent un soin particulier à rendre votre séjour agréable). La station possède une boulangerie et une supérette a mois de 5 minutes a pied, un bowling des restos, des magasins de sports, un office de tourisme et une télécabine pour un accès a la station situe juste en dessous. On propose également des animations style club de vacance. Des balades, randonnées,Parcours VTT, Trail de tout niveaux sont disponibles depuis Belle-Plagne. Bref du cote de l' appartement les vacances ne peuvent qu' être réussi.

Bon rapport qualité prix; résidence sécurisée ( toutes entrées avec clé), calme et propre. Proche commerces et télécabines. Le balcon n'est pas ensoleillé à cette saison mais studio lumineux.
