The unit is roughly 760 square feet, is very well maintained, and is professionally cleaned and serviced by a local property management company that will be at your service should the need arise.
A roughly five minute walk puts you to where the snow begins for a short glide to the base of what is affectionately referred to by locals as 'The Village' ski area. Don't want to make the trek in the snow? No problem; grab one of the shuttles that regularly come by the unit.
The condo is located a very short walk from Sundance Tennis and Swim Club to which you'll have full membership privileges during your stay! The club has tennis courts, an outdoor heated pool, hot tub and kid's pool. [Note: There are periods of non-operation in the 'off' seasons; please inquire if interested.]
The interior of our condo recently received a number of updates including a complete re-painting of the walls with warm colors, two-inch wood blinds on all windows, refurnishing of the dining room table, lighting and ceiling fan fixtures, fresh coat of paint on kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, new knobs and pulls throughout the kitchen and bathroom, etc.

About Cary Cadonau
Our names our Cary and Ashley. We're husband and wife, and proud owners of this Teton Village condo, which is our home away from home. Far from your run-of-the-mill investment property that gets neglected by its owner, we travel several times per year from our home in Portland, Oregon to use and enjoy Gros Ventre B-8; and each time we go, we make a concerted effort to udpate and freshen up our condo to make it more cozy and comfortable for our next guests. We know you'll enjoy staying at our place just as much as we do.

Why Cary Cadonau chose Teton Village
Cary instantly fell in love with the beauty of Jackson Hole and all it has to offer when he first visited on a ski trip with his aunt, uncle and cousins in 1987. Ashley quickly felt drawn to the Valley and its surroundings on our first trip to Jackson together in December 2005. Twenty years after Cary's first visit, the time was finally right for us to buy our one and only vacation property, and we wouldn't even consider having it anywhere other than here, Teton Village, home of the greatest ski area in the world, and just three miles south of the breathtaking Grand Teton National Park.

Wonderful condo with shuttle bus to lifts.
Great place to stay. We would all return to Teton Village and Jackson Hole and stay here again! The condo was clean and cozy and it was nice to use the hot tub and pool after snowboarding all day. The front desk for check in was very organized and helpful.
lots of room but
The condo was spacious and the shuttle bus allowed easy access to the ski hill. The flooring was new and the unit appeared to have been recently painted but other renos are needed. We found there to be a lot of noise from the unit above us, people walking around late in the evening and early morning.
Perfect location...perfect condo
My daughter and I went out for a Mother/Daughter trip over MLK holiday weekend. Cary was more than accommodating. The condo was exactly what we needed to enjoy some quality time together. The wood stove was wonderful...queen size bed comfy and all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay were provided. Not to mention, the Village is within walking distance from the unit.
Highly recommend the condo for convenience and the owners are delightful to work with!! Will be back for sure!!
Great mountain access

The condo was well kept and close to the mountain
It can sleep 4 easily, and 5 if there are three kids. The family room was spacious and the fire place nice. The family enjoyed the apres ski playing board games and the close walk to the village for skating.

We are one of the few condo owners who do not charge a security deposit - this means less paid up front and no refund hassles for you after your vacation! Rental discount of 10% for stays of seven or more nights. The lodging tax (10% of rent) is what we are required to collect and turn over to the state and local taxing authorities. The cleaning fee ($100) is what our property management company charges to us. VRBO/HomeAway has now added a "service fee" that all guests must pay, none of which goes to us as the owners. The amount varies based on the total amount paid (not including taxes), and is generally between 5% and 9%. Prior to booking your reservation, the VRBO/HomeAway system will compute and show you the actual amount of the "service fee." Please do not hesitate to call us (the owners) with any questions or concerns with this "service fee."
