Big View Tiny House, a luxury tiny house experience!

Truly unique stay! With a stunning location & view, this beautiful tiny house is nestled at the top of the Teton Valley and puts you in the perfect spot to access some of the country's best National Parks, ski resorts, fishing rivers, and bike trails. With a full bathroom/shower/kitchen/laundry this tiny has an ultra-comfy living space that is laid out in a way that creates distinct separate spaces to hang out and works perfectly for couples, small groups of adventure buddies, or small families.

The kitchen is stocked and has a Coffee maker, water boiler, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, etc. There is a washer/dryer combo unit for your use. An electric mini-split heating/cooling HVAC unit and a ceiling fan will keep you cool or toasty warm.

There are several desk options for remote working, in the living room and in both lofts.

Please note there are no ladders to climb but you must be able to climb steep stairs to access the lofts.

The Teton Valley Tiny House is placed on a beautiful 3-acre lot owned by Greg and Heali who live in a log cabin here full time. There are goats and chickens and an adorable Britney Spaniel puppy named Drifter.

You will have your own driveway and parking area and full private access to the house.

Minutes from downtown Victor, ID. Easy walk or bike ride to the famous Victor market and all the restaurants.

Driving times:
49 miles to Grand Teton NP
111 miles to Yellowstone
21 miles to Grand Targhee Resort

Neighborhood:
The house is on the South side of town and is an easy bike ride or walk to all the shops and restaurants in Victor. The location couldn’t be better with only a quick 10 min drive to the base of the Teton Pass, 45 min to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, 45 min to Grand Targhee, 30 min to the South Fork Snake, 15 min to Teton Creek, the list goes on.

A great cozy place and well suited for a base to go hiking in all the surrounding mountains and parks. A short drive to local services, and nice and quiet in the evenings.

An incredible stay. The location is convenient to everything in the Idaho/Wyoming/Montana outdoors that you might have on your list. If your list is nowhere, and just to get away, this couldn't be better for that either. Gareth was an absolutely incredible host - even bringing us fresh firewood in a blizzard! Just over half an hour from JAC airport, if you're heading to the Jackson Hole area, I would highly recommend this location unless you plan to stay in town the entire time or have a more retail focus to your trip. The shopping in Victor, along with the food, is top notch and was more than we could have needed. If we plan anything else when close to this area, I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

The property was clean and modern. The tiny home experience is definitely unique, and Gareth did an incredible job utilizing the space. We had a great stay and would recommend the tiny home to anyone needing a place near the Tetons.

Wonderful Experience

This was our first stay at a Tiny Home and this one did not disappoint. It has everything you could need for your stay is in a great location. Gareth is a great host and makes sure you have everything you need. Highly recommend!

Awesome host!!

A dream vacation for me and my husband. Close to all the sites and great food choices as well. Our host checked in on us each day due to the snow conditions and even helped us out when we needed a backpack. The house was very clean and comfortable.

Cute tiny home

We had a great visit to this tiny home. It was very clean and the space was used very well. We had no issues with finding it, and no issues in the house. We used this as our base to have adventures to Grand Teton National Park.

Our first Tiny House stay was a great experience!

Our family of four loved staying in the Tiny House while we explored the Grand Tetons. Such a beautiful house with lots of unique features and an eye for details made it a perfect spot for our first tiny house experience. Gareth was so easy to coordinate with and provided excellent communication and support. We highly recommend it!

Sister Trip

Fun stay the first time we experienced a Tiny House! My sister and I enjoyed the quiet, it was fun navigating the unique space as well! We spent our days exploring the national park nearby and appreciated being able to come home to a quant and comfortable space! Victor is a welcoming community and we enjoyed good food in town, shopping in the local deli, along with visiting a really cute shop where we were able to find some gifts for ourselves! would come back again!

Tiny perfection

We loved our 3-day stay at the tiny house. Idyllic rural setting with the Tetons as a backdrop. The house is small but fully equipped and efficient (we counted 53 hooks for hanging things!) and surprisingly comfortable. Location is a quick jump to sweet little Victor, horse-back riding, and numerous hiking trails. Peaceful setting for a perfect get-away!

Victor tiny house

Highly recommend, we loved everything about this tiny house! It was just adorable w/ everything we needed. The deck was perfect to enjoy am coffee and evening cocktails (watching the beautiful sunsets) The location was the perfect place to explore the Teton valley and national parks. It was exactly as advertised and Gareth was the best host. He was responsive & made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely go back if in the area again!

Wonderful Stay

We had such a spectacular time! The view from the porch was breathtaking. Being able to watch the sunset over the mountains was a memorable experience. We have been in several tiny homes and even have one of our own but Gareth’s blows even ours out of the water. His hospitality is unmatched. The town has a great atmosphere and delicious places to eat and is a short drive to Jackson. I can’t recommend him or his home more.

Must do experience

In all my years of renting vacation homes, I have never met a more genuinely helpful owner, be assured to have a good stay. This tiny house is so well thought out, it’s truly genius. I highly encourage anyone considering this house to give it a go. Beautiful landscape.

I am Gareth and I own the Tiny House. I've been in love with the Tetons for over 2 decades. I am a whitewater kayaker, mountain biker, skier, and fly fisherman. I have 3 other homes in Western North Carolina that I rent also. My goal is to make these houses truly unique and to provide my guests with a very special experience while visiting my favorite place on earth. Make sure to check out my other NC listings: THE RED BUNGALOW and THE RED COTTAGE. I live with Rhodo, my 30 lb. pup, either in Brevard, NC or Victor, Idaho, when not traveling for work or adventures. In addition to running these rentals, I also operate SESSION STUDIOS, my outdoor adventure videography business.
