For rent, a fully renovated 30m² furnished studio for 4 people. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people in a quiet residence (caretakers on site) and lets you take advantage of its great light and its south-facing terrace.

In winter, the apartment offers a real departure and return on skis! It is ideally located 1 minute by ski from the main ski lifts and ski lessons! On foot, the main shops and activities of the resort are available to you within 300m!


In summer, you are 3 minutes walk from the multi-activity area (tennis, trampolines, ...) of the lake, the swimming pool and ski lift departures for the Bike Park.

His situation:

- facing south (facing Tovière and Grande-Motte),
- departure and arrival on skis: the track passes 10m from the ski locker!

Perfect for our requirements

Perfect ski in ski out well equipped apartment. Even with all our luggage for a long stay plenty of storage space. Would be fine for 2 adults with smaller children - maybe a little snug for older teenagers. Jerome could not have been more helpful - our every query was answered and dealt with immediately in a super friendly way.

Filthy flat, broken equipment and windows

The flat was badly equipped with poor cooking utensils and a faulty microwave. One window shutter didn't work and the flat was dark and gloomy. All the services were switched off and there were no instructions about what to do. The place was generally very poor.

Studio très ensoleillé et très fonctionnel

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le studio est très agréable : beaucoup de rangements, le coin montagne est grand et fermé , une grande terrasse permet de profiter du soleil avec une très bonne exposition. Le studio est au pied des pistes et des commerces. Le propriétaire est bienveillant. La gardienne est très accueillante. Bref tout est réuni pour passer un très bon séjour.

Excellent séjour

Studio loué du 21/01/2017 au 04/02/2017 - Possibilité de louer en plus un parking couvert, sous la résidence. C'est un plus ! Chargement et déchargement très facile ! Place louée face à l'ascenseur menant à l'appartement également en face de l’ascenseur (bonne isolation, nous n'avons jamais été dérangés par le bruit). - Ski aux pieds : une piste bleue passe devant l'immeuble permettant aux skieurs et snowboarders (qui n'auront pas besoin de déchausser) d'accéder au télésiège palafour, sur le front de neige ou de revenir à ski par la piste. - L'immeuble "Le Bec rouge" est bien entretenu ; les gardiens efficaces et très aimables. Ménage plusieurs fois par jour, déneigement immédiat au moindre flocon. - Studio fonctionnel et très bien équipé : un espace montagne dans l'entrée avec de nombreux rangements, une pièce à vivre agréable et une grande terrasse. Espace cuisine très bien équipé : vaisselle (pour plus de 4 personnes, c'est agréable de ne pas être limité à 4 verres, 4 assiettes et 4 fourchettes...), ustensiles en quantité et de bonne qualité, électroménager, tout y est voir même ce à quoi on n'aurait pas forcément pensé (humidificateur d'air, rebouche bouteille, produits d'entretien, etc.). C'est propre et chaleureux. - A l'arrivée dans l'appartement, les consignes ont été pour nous précises et claires (accès au disjoncteur pour allumer la lumière, récupération des clefs, etc.). - Très bon contact avec le propriétaire On a passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir ! On recommande +++

Au pied des pistes et tout neuf.

On arrive et on repart en ski, le soir on est quelques dizaines de mètres des commerces (fromager, Carrefour Market, Pharmacie) et restaurants tout en étant au calme. A 5mn à pied de Tignes Espace pour les non-skieurs. Appartement refait à neuf, il ne manque rien pour passer un agréable séjour, et il est en plus possible de se garer dans le parking de l'immeuble.
