Elegant, romantic, family-friendly, spacious inside and out villa-style condo retreat on spread-out sloping grounds with large manicured courtyard and babbling brook surrounded by two-story, Greek-like concrete and stucco architecture. Steps away to a lush pool with ocean view. This coveted courtyard location fully encompasses the aloha spirit.
This is a sought-after, posh complex with 4.5-5 star reviews, as well as this specific unit. Same great management team, new, attentive owners.
Upgrades on tile floors throughout, new master bathroom tub, tile and fixtures, new washer/dryer, new stainless steel refrigerator with auto ice, new A/C unit in living room and new water heater.
Fully loaded with private propane BBQ grill on large, 12' wide, wrap-around, tiled lanai overlooking the entire courtyard. Brand new outdoor furniture pictured with red cushions. Any other outdoor furniture in property pictures is gone, replaced with quality. (Photo updates soon).
Kitchen fully stocked with cookware, newer dishwasher and garbage disposal convenience.
King bed and brand new custom upholstered sectional couch with comfy, pull-out queen sofa bed allows a total of four guests, including two full bathrooms, one with bathtub. Flat screen TV's and A/C in both living room and bedroom.
Stock includes beach chairs, towels, umbrella, sturdy plastic cooler, boogie boards and pool noodles.
First floor spacious spread with parking spot conveniently located next to unit and fifteen-minute walk to Keawakapu Beach.
Better yet, drive one minute to free beach parking lot down the street, walk across S. Kihei Road to a path between houses where you can glide into the warm water, no struggles, only lightly, sloping sand, soft surf and perfect water. Great beach just to "beach it" and swim.
Down the road towards Kihei, two minutes drive, is the mild, yet world-class snorkeling beaches. Docile sea turtles there swim too close to you wherein you have to scramble not to bump into them. Look but don't touch is the way to enjoy them.
Back at the condo, go down the main road, Wailea Alanui, further South past Makena to experience the lava reserve. You'd think you were on the Big Island. Don't worry, Haleakala on Maui hasn't erupted, according to carbon dating, since the 1600's. You're safe and it is a surreal, beautiful, unique, short drive.
All of Maui is awe-inspiring. Choose your location. Just know from us, who've stayed all over, and from the former owner guests of our condo who stated, "This condo is the only place you'll stay without an ocean view that doesn't need one."
True Aloha spirit to you from Ryan and Denise, and Mahalo for considering our niche in paradise. We look forward to you enjoying it as much as we do.
