" A DEFINITE 10 out of 10! "

We enjoyed our stay immensely in this beautiful home! We were incredibly comfortable and the views were unbelievable. Every afternoon we relaxed by the inviting pool and watched hummingbirds. To our surprise they were so friendly we were able to get stunning photographs! The location was so very convenient to everything we needed.The home was spotless when we arrived. Your home truly shows pride of ownership. Looking forward to returning, "Hummingbird Watchers" from Canada

Mixed Review

Overall the place was pretty good. It has about everything we could want to make our stay outstanding. The view and the location could not be better. The cleanliness was outstanding. The layout of the house was very good except the interior windows into the third bedroom left no privacy for whoever used it. The real disappointment was with the living room furniture, mattresses on beds, and the pool lounges and chairs. Simply said they are old and need to be replaced. The pool furniture is literally shredding and disintegrating. The master bedroom mattress was very poor quality and has a two inch memory foam that is too small for the mattress. The sofas in the living room are way past seeing their better days and the two side chairs are dated and awkward to sit in. This could be an outstanding place to stay if there was an investment made in replacing the furniture in the living room, mattresses in the bedrooms, and the cushions on the pool furniture.

Dreamy Desert Oasis

From the moment we arrived, we felt at ease and well cared for in this gorgeous home. Plenty of the usual amenities you would hope to have in a rental and then some. The master bathroom is an absolute dream and the bedrooms are all spacious and relaxing. The common areas are open and inviting, a perfect spot to unwind after a day in the sun. The pool was the highlight of our stay. You can't beat a private pool with a view! This is the perfect place to stay if you're looking for a spacious, relaxing, comfortable place to escape. Simply magical!

Truly an Amazing Oasis!

“We can’t recommend this house enough! The location was perfect, the views were beautiful, the house and all the decor was in fantastic shape. We greatly appreciated the pool in the desert heat and having a cool house to retreat to after a day of exploring.The whole experience was so enjoyable. We felt right at home. Resort Life with a VIEW!

Beautiful and inviting home with every amenity we could need. Owners show such attention to detail and comfort. Great location, near everything-Old Town, Restaurants (Arnold Palmer's & Lavender Bistro- walking distance) Shops, Grocers, Farmers Market, Golf etc...We especially loved dining in the private resort backyard with an Azur blue pool. The beautiful golf course completes the perfect picture. We must return soon!

Desert Dream Come True!

Very welcoming and fantastic vacation experience. Mind blowing views and has the largest resort-style backyard in the development (we walked throughout the gated community). Many thoughtful amenities including luxurious spa robes awaited us. Such a tranquil, well decorated and comfortable home. We loved entertaining guests here! We recommend this property whole heartedly!

Great Golfcation! Again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our return to this perfect resort style getaway. So glad we were able to repeat our golfcation in this lovely home, has the best view of the entire La Quinta Fairways community. Nice surprise to find a new firepit where we especially loved spending our evenings experiencing the incredible sunsets while relaxing and sipping our wine. Can't beat the location with close proximity to everything. We'll be back soon.

Spectacular View/Resort Atmosphere! Coming back soon!

My husband and I along with another couple stayed here for a month and absolutely loved it! Two equally luxurious Master Bedroom suites made our stay so relaxing and comfortable. We were mesmerized by the view from the minute we walked through the door, it drew us into our own private oasis. We spent every evening lounging around the fire pit enjoying the sunset with a glass of wine. We ate dinner outside on the terrace every night that we didn't go to a restaurant. The location was incredibly convenient, we could walk, bike or drive to everything we needed. The Dunes Golf Course was enjoyable for all of us, and we played many rounds. The property manager, Peter, gave us a wonderful welcome, attentive service and great recommendations for everything. Looking forward to repeating this vacation next Winter!

The GOOD life!

I went in with very little expectations and I came out in love. From the moment I stepped on the property I was happy. I am a very active individual in search of a very low key vacation. This was the perfect rental for me! The house itself was beautiful and had great couches, bedrooms and a nice big screen tv. There was a nice table in the backyard where we could have meals outside. Also, there were great lounge chairs and an awesome pool and jacuzzi. I spent two days straight just reading my book in lounge chairs. The weather was warm, and the lounge chairs were super comfortable! The house is on a golf course, but you have lots of privacy. Great stay, highly recommended!

LOCATION, LOCATION + VIEWS!

We had a truly wonderful vacation here. Peter, the manager, was very welcoming and attentive. The accommodations are lovely. The views are breathtaking and greatly contributed to our experience. We walked to Old Town for dinner many evenings and enjoyed convenient markets and local amenities. We look forward to returning and highly recommend this property.

We do not recommend renting this property

Unfortunately, we did not have a positive experience with this property. When we arrived, we were informed there was a small flood in the master bath which left the bathroom and walk-in closet smelling of mold. Several other issues arose: 1. dead rabbit in a dirty pool (which we cleaned after being told that the pool cleaner wasn't keen on making a trip out to the house), 2. broken pool tiles, 3. patio misters were broken (despite being advertised, we even tried to repair them), 4. several outlets malfunctioning, 5. television in main room would not work (we were asked to call the cable company and wait for them to arrive), 6. lack of basic supplies (soap, toilet paper, paper towels, light bulbs). We dealt with these issues gracefully, reported the ones that we felt were important to the property manager, and tried to remedy the less important ones. The response received typically involved asking us to deal with the issue ourselves. The owners held our security deposit beyond the 21 day limit (despite what was stated in the signed contract) and I had to email the property manager several times to ask about the status of the refund. When it was returned, we were charged for additional utilities (after notification, the owners refunded the extra amount), dryer cleaning and stains to bath towels (which was justified), and for damage to a towel rack (sheet rock repair, labor). To this day, I insist that the damage was there when we arrived, but the owners and property manager would not budge or give us the benefit of the doubt. I felt that by being accommodating and more than graceful when dealing with the other issues (not to mention, using my vacation time to solve problems for their rental) that I would have earned the benefit of the doubt and the owners/property manager would trust me. Unfortunately, that did not happen and the owners refused, via the property manager, to refund that part of the security deposit (later, they told me that because I didn't take pictures of it, that it was my fault). We have never been treated like this before (after 25+ years of wonderful family trips renting homes in the Palm Springs area) and we certainly will NOT rent from these owners or property manager again.

Great Escape!

Having stayed in the desert numerous times we found this luxury home to be the best value on the market.The location is premium. The floor plan creates great flow, each bedroom with attached bathroom creates nice privacy and the great room and outdoor kitchen/dining are wonderful for entertaining (astounding views/sunsets). Best surprise were the city's 4th of July fireworks right above the golf course! We truly appreciated Peter, the home's property manager, he was incredibly helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Looking forward to staying longer next time.

Stunning Resort Atmosphere!

Amazing perfectly framed views from every room! Very private, overlooking spectacular golf course. Comfortable, clean and well maintained with every amenity imaginable. Excellent Property

This property was even nicer than portrayed on the website, pictures do not do it justice. The house was very clean, well maintained, well equipped, nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. It has everything that you need. Location is perfect, close to everything and extremely quiet. Fabulous view of the mountains from the back patio. Arranging the rental was easy and enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would return again. We highly recommendation this property.
