It is a house with an area of around 95 m2 comprising living room, lounge, kitchen, three bedrooms (one of which is on the ground floor with adjoining bathroom) WC on the ground floor, small mezzanine, hall of water upstairs with WC, furnished garden (garden furniture, barbecue, table and chairs, two deckchairs, barbecue, parasol ...). Large living room with fireplace (1m diagonal flat screen TV, radio, DVD player, WIFI) Particularly chosen decoration (lithography, two canvases and one gouache, old prints ...). Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob (4), fridge, electric coffee maker, toaster, fondue and raclette set, kettle, microwave oven ...) Adjoining linen room with washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron.

Very comfortable, (electric heating of good quality), new bedding (with duvets and covers, it therefore has three bedrooms, two with 160 cm bed and one with two 90 cm beds, the bedroom on the ground floor has an adjoining bathroom (bath and basin) (towels provided, hair dryer) Separate WC with hand basin on the ground floor; the two bedrooms upstairs overlook a small mezzanine with old desk and a bathroom with shower, basin and WC.

Numerous excursions to consider in the immediate surroundings: Ile de Bréhat, Beauport Abbey (30 minutes on foot), Loguivy de la Mer, the cliffs of Plouezec, Le sillon de Talbert, Château de la Roche Jagu, etc. Boat trip from the port, golf at ten minutes (on request we can lend golf clubs with their two carts ...)

Great Location

We had a lovely stay in the house which is a five minute walk to town and less to the beach. This was a spacious little house with lovely outside eating and sitting areas but we found the kitchen a little small for preparing meals and would have welcomed sharper knives and more serving dishes for all the wonderful French food.

Beautiful house in a great location

This is a lovely place to stay. We were welcomed warmly, and the house is very stylishly decorated and immaculately clean. It's well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. The attractive garden is well enclosed and nice for relaxing in, and children can play safely. The location couldn't be better - about a minute's walk from the beach, if that, and just 5 minutes walk into the town centre. A great place to stay and highly recommended!

We thought the property was superb.

All aspects of the property are excellent. The house is comfortable and spacious with stylish decor and beautiful fully enclosed gardens. Everything we needed was provided. Location was perfect. It is quiet, only a few meters from the beach and beautiful estuary yet the centre of the town is just around the corner within easy strolling distance. We loved this house and hope to stay again soon. The best of the many properties we've stayed in abroad.
