The apartment occupies the last two floors of a 4 storey building and has a lift.
Located in Carvoeiro, apartment 234 offers 2 outdoor pools. This guest house features WiFi. The property is 150 meters from the beach and 700 meters from 'Algar Seco'. In the village center you can find banks, restaurants, bars, music, cafes, shoping shops, handycraft and most of all you will enjoy a very calm and amazing village.

Duplex 2 bedroom apartment, spacious for a couple with two children, with two excellent swimming pools (adult and child) fully rebuilt in 2013 You will love this place especially between June and September, with sunny days and a wonderful sunset on the terrace.

If you enjoy golf, surfing, windsurfing, tennis, water sports, everything is close by, which makes the place much appreciated all year round. Hundreds of stunning beaches, some only accessible by boat and mountain sports, such as mountain biking at the Serra de Monchique, about 20 km to the north, make the place an unforgettable experience.

If you like fresh fish or seafood, here you are at home. There is no other place. An infinite number of restaurants along the Algarve coast make it one of the best places to eat.

There is a team that will check in and check out and assist in any emergency. It is also available to advise on the best places to visit nearby.

Very convenient location

This was our second stay in this property and it won't be our last. It's location on the "out road" makes everything else walkable - shops, beach, bars, etc. We had a car and there was plenty of free parking behind the building or further up the out road. Great location and great price. Free Wi-Fi too!!

Great location

Recent upgrades in kitchen and bathroom. Would greatly benefit from air conditioning but plenty of fans available. Outside furniture is due for a change. No sunbed on terrace (was previously). Overall clean, comfy and convenient.

Umas férias muito agradáveis

Foi a primeira vez que estivermos em Carvoeiro. Gostamos muito do apartamento tem tudo o que se precisa tudo muito limpo. O apartamento fica mesmo no centro de Carvoeiro tem se tudo logo que se precisa a frente da porta...restaurantes...lojas....supermercados...bares....cafés...mutibancos.....mesmo a Praia fica poucos metros do apartamento. Great location

This is a lovely 2 bed apartment in a great location. The building manager was very quick to deal with an issue we had regarding TV reception. Overall I would recommend and will return in the future.

Duas semanas bem passadas

Bom apartamento para família, boas condições e comodidades. Piscina muito bem tratada (tanto dos adultos como das crianças). Praia a 5 minutos, sem necessidade de andar de carro. Zonas movimentadas, mas calmas. Bom comércio e com acesso a tudo. Foram 2 semanas muito bem passadas - recomenda-se!

Umas férias excelentespara repetir!

Local muito agradável com realce para as excelentes condições de alojamento, bastante bem equipado. O apartamento está muito bem situado, numa zona com tudo perto e com excelente vista. A praia é boa e a piscina também. Espero poder voltar para o mesmo apartamento.

Great location to explore the Algarve

We stayed at Hernani's apartment during September and the location is excellent. The apartment is clean and very well equipped, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We used the pool on serveral occasions to cool down in the afternoon when it got very hot! Pool area very clean. There are some great restuarants just below the apartment and along the main road towards the beach. We often enjoyed a lemon sorbet after dinner while sitting on the beach watching the amazing sunsets. Caroveiro is a great base to explore the central and western Algarve. Algar Seco is only 15 min walk and the cave boat trips are only a 5 min walk away from the apartment - highly recommended! We also visited Silves, Ferragudo and Pria Da Marinha beach all within a 15 minute drive. Hernani was an excellent host and answered our questions quickly. We hope to visit Carvoeiro again soon!

Great location and well equipped

The owner Hernani was in regular contact before and during our stay and we had calls from the management company and Bianca. The apartment was cleaned during our stay and there were plenty of towels and clean bedding. The patio is not overlooked and there is Sky TV which was great as we like to often stay in. The apartment is on a flatter part of Carveioro again great for us being older. There are sunbeds solely for use of the apartment. The pool is clean. The apartment is very well equipped with everything for a good holiday. Only negative is that the sofa in the lounge is hard and quite uncomfortable. Other than that highly recommended. Thank you.

A dos pasos del Mar

Ubicada estrategicamente, Carvoeiro es una localidad encantadora y q ofrece mucho. El departamento sería fantastico con pequeños cambios, como el de las camas (incomodas), renuevo de la cocina y electrodomesticos. De todas formas volvería a vacacionar aqui. Bianca es una persona muy acogedora

Fantastic well equipped apartment in perfect location in Carvoeiro

We recently spent a week in this lovely apartment. It was easy to find from faro airport and about 50 minutes transfer time via car. The owners provided us with an excellent package before arrival with all relevant information about the apartment and facilities available. They also provided information about local attractions and great beaches to see. The apartment is on two floors so ample space to suit 5 people with large terrace and three bathrooms. It was like going from home to home. Fantastic facilities required for a family to suitably relax and enjoy their stay. Fully fitted kitchen with electrical appliances such as washing machine and dishwasher etc. There was a good sized swimming pool with sun loungers and security to the apartment and pool area was excellent. The apartment is situated in the centre of carvoeiro. No taxis required. We just stepped out in the day. 5 minutes walk to the local beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Plenty of choice for everyone. The owners contacted us during our stay to check if we were settled in and happy with everything which we were. There was also a good housekeeper who regularly checked if we required any assistance This has been our first visit to Portugal. We did visit villamoura for the day but preferred carvoeiro. We will visit again and would recommend anyone to stay in this delightful apartment. You will not be disappointed Helen

Alles perfekt!

Wir waren zu fünft in dem Apartment, 4 Erwachsene und mein 3 Jähriger Sohn. Die Fotos und die guten Fotos waren ja schon sehr vielversprechend aber als wir ankamen waren wir mehr als zufrieden. Es war alles sehr sauber und genauso wie auf den Fotos. Die Küche hatte alle Kochutensilien die man benötigt und der Balkon lädt zum gemütlichen sitzen und essen ein. Der Koontakt mit den Besitzern des Apartments Hernani und Siria war sehr gut! Sie haben immer schnell geantwortet und waren sehr darauf bedacht das wir alles haben was wir brauchen. Sie waren immer sher freundlich und haben mir alle meine Fragen beantwortet. Carvoeiro fanden wir perfekt für unseren Urlaub. Der Strand war sehr schön und das Städtchen auch, es gab tolle Restaurants, Bars, Eisläden und kleine Supermärkte die man Fußläufig erreichen konnte. Sehr zu empfehlen ist eine Grottentour die am Strand von Carvoeiro angeboten werden und auch eine Rundfahrt mit dem kleinen Zug der durch ganz Carvoeiro fährt und auch für Fotos kurze Stopps macht. Wir hatten ein Auto über die Zeit in Carvoeiro, und das würde ich auch sehr empfehlen um die naheliegenden Strände und Buchten zu besuche.. ein Strand ist schöner als der andere!!! Außerdem waren wir in Lissabon, Lagos, Sagres und Loule. Abgesehen von Lissabon (ca. 2,5 Stunden entfernt aber sehr lohnenswert da es wirklich wunderschön ist!!) sind alle Orte in ungefähr einer halben Stunde zu erreichen und sind sehr schön! WIFI war kostenlos und sehr gut in unserem Apartment. Und es gibt eine Key-Box an der Tür die ich super fand, somit erspart man sich das mitnehmen des Schlüssels und muss sich nur den vorderen Key-Code merken den eingeben und oben an der Wohnungtür muss man an der Key-Box wieder einen Code eingeben und kann dann den Schlüssel rausholen. Natürlich kann man auch einfach den Schlüssel mitnehmen aber ich fand das sehr praktisch mit den Codes. Der Pool war sehr schön und auch nie besonders voll so das es gerade für unseren Sohn schön war in diesem zu spielen. Es war auch super das es einen Kinderpool gab. Wir waren jetzt nicht besonders oft dort, aber die 3 bis 4 mal die wir am Pool waren, waren wir sehr zufrieden. Also alles in einem war es ein perfekter Urlaub und ich würde jedem das Apartment von Hernani und Siria 100% weiterempfehlen! Die beiden sind sehr aufmerksame und sehr freundliche Menschen... Really thank you very much for everything Hernani and Siria, we had the best vacation!

L'appartement est sympa. Le grand balcon est très agréable pour les repas dehors. Il est bien situé, à 5min à pied de la plage. La région est belle, les plages sont magnifiques, les grottes de Lagos sont splendides!!!!! Les corridas.....Mais le "trop touristique" à fait perdre le charme du Portugal "typique". L'Algarve vaut le coup d'œil, et n'a rien a envier à l'Andalousie.

Toller Urlaub in Carvoeiro!

Wir sind zu dritt an die Algarve gereist und hatten auch wegen der angemieteten Wohnung einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Vorweg einen grossen Dank an unsere Vermieter und unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Die Kommunikation war reibungslos und schnell. Auch vereinbarten wir mit unserer Ansprechpartnerin einen Treffpunkt und wurden zur Wohnung geleitet. Toller Service!! Lage der Wohnung: Zentral in Carvoeiro gelegen. Strand, Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars sind zu Fuss problemlos erreichbar (maximal 5 Minuten). Parkplätze sind hinter dem Haus ausreichend vorhanden. Trotz der zentralen Lage war die Wohnung eher ruhig. Wir wollten bewusst im Ort wohnen, um den Mietwagen nicht ständig nutzen zu müssen. Ausstattung / Sauberkeit: Die Ausstattung war zu 100 % wie beschrieben. Zusätzlich gab es auch einen Föhn, den wir umsonst mitnahmen. Für Ryan Air Passagiere wie wir, nicht unwichtig :-). Auch in der Küche waren alle Standardgeräte vorhanden, inkl. Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und auch während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde sie 2 x wöchentlich gereinigt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sie bittet reichlich Platz. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön und auch der hinter dem Haus gelegene Pool ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Fazit 5 Sterne von uns. Carvoeiro liegt zentral an der Algarve. Ausflüge in alle Richtungen sind problemlos möglich, z. B. nach Lagos, Tavira oder Silves. In der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder...

We try to do our best because we also are travellers and know how much we like to find good places and nice and serious hostage. Bestens aufgehoben in Carvoeiro

Zentral im Ort, aber dennoch ruhig befindet sich die Wohnung in der Rua do Barranco im 3.Stock. Dort befindet sich der Flur, von dem ein Badezimmer und ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei einzelnen Betten und einem großen Wandschrank abgehen. Über eine Treppe gelangt man ins Obergeschoss, wo sich die weiteren Zimmer befinden: ein großes Wohn-/Esszimmer, eine Küche, ein Bad, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Bad ensuite. Vom Wohnzimmer und der Küche aus, gelangt man auf die große Dachterrasse. Dort haben wir jeden Tag gefrühstückt, ohne dass der Bereich von den Nachbarhäusern einzusehen ist. Der SAT-TV-Flatscreen liefert u.a. auch 5 deutsche Programme (ARD, ZDF, RTL, Sport1 und Eurosport). Die Küche ist funktionell eingerichtet. Die Zubereitung des Frühstücks und der Abendessen bereiteten keine großen Probleme. Zum Service der Wohnung gehört eine deutschsprachige Hausverwaltung, die uns Schlüssel und Wohnung übergab und eine Putzfrau, die 1x wöchentlich sauber macht. Die Wohnung wurde uns blitzsauber übergeben. Technisch sind alle Geräte o.k. Bei der Kontaktaufnahme ist zu berücksichtigen, dass der Vermieter neben Portugiesisch auch Englisch und Französisch spricht; aber leider kein Deutsch. Zum Haus gehört ein großer Gemeinschaftspool, den wir aber nur sehr selten genutzt haben, da wir tagsüber lieber in die verschiedenen Buchten gefahren sind. Das Parken hinter dem Haus ist kostenlos und es gibt genügend Parkplätze. Der 5 km entfernte ALDI in Lagoa ließ heimatliche Gefühle aufkommen. Traditionell übersichtlich ist die Anzahl der Steckdosen in der Wohnung. Die Portugiesen nutzen vermutlich nicht so viele Geräte mit Stecker. Wer nicht so gerne selber kochen möchte, dem empfehlen wir das Restaurant "A Vela", das sich im gleichen Gebäude befindet. Die deutschsprachige Inhaberin hat eine sehr gute Speisekarte zusammengestellt. Die Wohnung hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir sie allen Urlaubern empfehlen können und wir gerne irgendwann wiederkommen werden.

We thank you for your review about our apartment and are glad you enjoyed your stay in Carvoeiro. This is defenitely a very nice and quiet village, near the beach with very tasteful restaurants, shopping and night entertainment. As situated in central Algarve, it satisfies all needs for a wonderful holiday with your family.
