Colina Verde C Lote 3, A Stunning Townhouse With Shared Pool Close to Beach/Town

AL: 8683/AL Casa Jolie in Colina Verde, is 2-storey and situated on the highest elevation above the village. Because a good nights sleep is important to you, we have the very best beds, linen, furniture. All rooms have a balcony or terrace and enjoy lovely open views. It is spacious, light and airy with 2 bedrooms en-suite. It is set in a small and attractive development and has an excellent pool area with showers, changing rooms, WCs and freely available sunbeds. Carvoeiro beach and village centre are less than a 10-minute walk down hill or steps and there are shops, restaurants and bars catering for all tastes. You can walk the coastal path for miles on the cliffs and visit other nearby beaches on foot or by car and Carvoeiro is centrally situated in the Algarve for exploring further afield.

We do accept longer term winter rentals (maximum stay: 90 days), electricity is charged extra from Nov - March unless otherwise agreed to booking

Everything you need to have a great holiday

The property is amazing - it is clean, spacious, conveniently located and has everything that family needs to stay with children for a week or more. Walking distance to beach, lots of places to eat nearby, there are good hiking trails around. We would definitely book it again if we travel to this area in the future.

Just returned from a weeks stay at this fabulous property. As stated in many other reviews, this place is better than the pictures indicate. We found the apartment extremely clean and well equipped in a fantastic location within a short walk of Carverio. Would recommend hiring a car as there are many places to visit all with half an hour. Would thoroughly recommend.

We have stayed in this property before and it is a well-maintained, well-appointed and well-equipped apartment, conveniently located within walking distance of all Carvoeiro has to offer. The pool area is brilliant and check in process simple and efficient, with Emma being a very helpful and contactable local management agent.The garden area is great for evening dining and bbq, although some of the shrubbery could maybe do with a little trimming. Also there are only three sunbeds, which were fine for the two of us but perhaps a fourth one might be useful for more occupants?All in all, another great holiday in nice accommodation on a small but well-maintained complex.

The property is modern, comfortable and close to shops and restaurants. The pool was cold (in March) but didn’t stop the children using it. Communication with property manager very good. Only had one query which was quickly sorted.

Colina Verde - little gem of a property

Great property, all amenities as described. Location at the top of a steep hill is the only downside. Pool area and garden great for relaxing and selection of satellite Tv channels almost as good as home (sport and movies, uk channels). Would recommend as long as fit enough to manage the hill.

Excellent Townhouse

We had a great week in this beautiful Townhouse situated on a hill over looking the lovely town of Carvoeiro. It had everything you would need for a great holiday the beds were so comfortable at night it is so quiet we had a great night's sleep all week.There is a bit of a hill up to the property but we walked down and got a taxi back which only cost a little over 4 euro ..Emma who looks after the property is brilliant the welcome pack is great especially when you arrive early or late all the essentials milk water ect .I would not hesitate to recommend this property for your holiday and you will not be disappointed

The Townhouse has air conditioning throughout with large open airy rooms, its our home from home. We are situated on the quiet side of this small complex and spend the afternoons in the garden where almost all our meals are enjoyed. We hope you will enjoy our house as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

Because the property is situated on the highest elevation of Carvoeiro you get wonderful cool breezes coming off the sea. You will also enjoy the late afternoon sunsets from the garden sipping some of the finest wines from the Alentejo region.
