Das Haus ist geeignet für max 9 Personen, 2 Duschen mit Toilette sehr beengend/klein.Das Haus liegt günstig ,fast im Zentrum ,,aber es gehört saniert.Lt Angebot,ist es in die Jahre gekommen,Verbrauchsspuren sind deutlich zu erkennen.

Urlaub mit Freunden

War eine schöne Zeit in Empuriabrava. Das Ferienhaus ist relativ zentral gelegen. Mit 11 Erwachsenen würde ich es nicht belegen aber für 6-8 Pers. absolut ausreichend. Die Dame der Agentur vor Ort war sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Gruß aus Hessen

superbe location maison tout confort

La maison avec ses plusieurs espaces , nous pouvons y aller en famille sans se gêner . Pour notre part comme nous n 'étions pas nombreux , nous n'avions pas occupé le haut. Le mobilier est joli avec de beaux cadres et décoré avec gout. La piscine alors c'est le TOP ! Bref , nous avons eu du mal à repartir . remettre un nouvel étendar pliable pour le linge , et au moins dans une chambre du bas un ventilo plafond. Sinon tout est OK . Nous espérons y revenir un jour....

Très belle maison

La description est sa situation sont tout à fait précises. La location est plus que propre, très bien entretenue, Le chauffage était mis avant notre arrivée les tables avec des nappes en tissu, toute la vaisselle neuve, des coupes, Tout pour passer un merveilleux réveillon. Nous avons eu beaucoup de chance avec le temps, et nous avons pu prendre l'apéritif sur la terrasse tous les jours. La piscine bien que très froide, était très bien entretenue, et rien que la vue nous suffisait pour en profiter. Nous recommandons cette villa à des groupes d'amis, des familles. Elle est très bien placée, et tout peut se faire à pied. Nous avons fait de grandes promenades sur la plage, Beaucoup de restaurants intéressant, bars. etc.... Je remercie vraiment Lola pour nous avoir permis de passer un séjour formidable dans leur maison.

Nous nous sentions comme chez nous !!

Nous avons passé une semaine dans la villa pour nos vacances de la Toussaint. Cette villa est très confortable, très bien équipée, bien agencée, et surtout très bien chauffée pour la saison que nous étions. La piscine était en marche, et bien que nous ne nous soyons pas baigné, nous avons trouvé agréable le fait de s'assoir sur la terrasse et profiter de la vue sur l'eau Nous nous sentions comme chez nous. Cette villa a une âme, ce qui est rare dans les maisons de locations. Nous avons été très bien reçus, et Lola a été particulièrement agréable, et bienveillante, s'intéressant à notre séjour pendant la semaine. Nous avons reçu des amis, et chacun avait son intimité puisque cette villa est équipée de 4 salles de bains, d'une suite et d'un studio séparé. Grand avantage, une bonne wifi dans toute la maison. Je recommande vivement cette villa et surtout Empuriabrava, qui offre de nombreux restaurants, bars, boutiques. La région est très intéressante, et même si le beau temps n'est pas au rendez vous, il y a beaucoup de sites à visiter. Nous reviendrons certainement aux beaux jours. Merci encore pour ce séjour.

Haus sieht nicht so aus wie auf den Fotos.

Das Haus war ok, aber nicht überagend. Für ein Haus das für 10 Personen gedacht ist, fehlt es an Stühlen und die Tischgrösse in der Küche ist aus zu klein. Am Pool waren nur 4 Liegen wobei eine kaputt war, so dass sich nur 3 von 10 Personen auf eine Liege legen konnten. Ausserdem war nur im Wohnzimmer eine Klimaanlage, so dass man Nachts in den Zimmern vor Hitze kaum schlafen konnte.

Merveilleuses vacances

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances, la description de la maison est parfaite ainsi que la situation très précise à 200 m de centre et à 400 m de la plage. La location est très propre, très bien entretenue, et vraiment il manque rien à cette maison pour une très grande famille, ou des groupes d'amis. Les propriétaires ont étaient charmants, nous ont acceuillis en nous donnant toutes les précisions sur la station ainsi que les excursions à faire, et les bonnes adresses. Nous recommandons cette location, et vraiment nous avons envie d'y revenir. Nous avons fait du bateau, du crossway dans le parc naturel, nous avons été au tunnel du vol, avons fait du tennis, mini golf pour les petits, et de bons restaurants tout autour et tout à pied. A bientôt....

Très belles vacances en famille.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette maison idéalement située. La description est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce ainsi que sa situation. La location est très propre, de nouveau matelas, et une décoration soignée. L'agence Lola nous a très bien reçu, toutes les démarches ont été bien faite du début de la demande de réservation jusqu'au dernier moment de notre départ. Ils nous ont donné de très bons conseils sur la région et les excursions à faire. Nous recommandons cette villa à tous les vacanciers. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la plage et les promenades en vélos dans le parc naturel. Merci encore et nous espèrons à bientôt.
