The owner (an Interior Designer) offers this luxury RV for your solitude and relaxation. Trust in knowing that with his expertise in comfort and visual appeal this RV is done right. Directly outside of the RV you can lounge in your private gazebo (added March 2022), with covered dining, upscale decor and mood lighting. A perfect place to enjoy your meal cooked on the charcoal grill located at the back of the gazebo. In the evenings enjoy your own private firepit with seating, also located at the back of the gazebo. Inside you will find one bedroom with a king size bed with crisp 100% organic cottonseed sheets and a wall mounted TV. The bathroom has a full-size shower and vessel sink with thick and fluffy towels. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, a convection microwave, a combination Keurig coffee pot capable of traditional drip brewing or K-cups, a three-burner gas stove, a gas oven and a double stainless-steel sink. The indoor dining area off the kitchen seats four. In the living room you can lounge in one of two comfy loveseats or take a well-deserved nap in the reclining theatre seats. The electric fireplace and large screen TV in the living room will certainly help you unwind and enjoy your stay.... perhaps watch a movie from the large DVD collection. Bring popcorn! Also....a mini "google home" are located in the dining room and bedroom. Just ask "Hey google, what's the forecast today?" get music, temperatures, phone numbers and more, simply say "hey google...…" and then ask your question. Also please feel free to inquire about special occasion packages that are set up prior to your arrival. Flowers, Charcuterie boards, cakes, pastries and balloons are available at an extra charge. All the amenities within Waterside at Blue Ridge are at your disposal. Amenities include a saltwater swimming pool, (the pool is closed from October to May) a 12 person shared hot tub which is open year-round, a public outdoor clubhouse with seating and a TV. Check out the outdoor pizza oven at the pavilion and create your own homemade pizza. There are three upscale showers in both the ladies and men's public restrooms as well as laundry facilities. Located off the public clubhouse you can lounge on the open deck overlooking the pond which is at the center of this community. Fishing is permitted in the pond although it is catch and release. A short walk within the community you will find a rushing creek which is a stone's throw from the community playground. Bring a blanket and picnic basket and enjoy a picnic while listening to the rushing water. Or perhaps meet new friends at one of the public outdoor firepits or join in on a game of basketball or pickle ball at the public courts. Basketballs are available for rent at the pavilion, or you are welcome to bring your own. Golf carts are also available for rent on a first come, first serve basis. While at the pavilion please check out the bulletin board for any special events that you are welcome to attend and enjoy. Should you choose to venture out and explore the area the Blue Ridge Marina, Lake Blue Ridge and downtown Blue Ridge are approximately a 10-15 minute drive from Waterside at Blue Ridge.
