The long time shore residence of Dr. Kayo, who the locals know as Cousin David, is now available for vacation rental for the first time. Enjoy rocking on the front porch or watch the boats go by from the back porch. This cottage has a nice size bedroom with a queen bed, living room with comfortable sectional, well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk in shower. All with no stairs. Located on South Bay Ave, this cottage is a short walk to numerous restaurants and bars. The property also has a floating dock that you can tie your boat to while staying, and plenty of private parking.

The property is well maintained, offering ample parking and an excellent view with easy access to the bay. It features generous seating in a peaceful, serene setting directly overlooking the water. Just stayed at this property for 2 nights. Great location! Super clean. Many nice extras such as paper towels, hand soap and plenty of towels. Kitchen is fully stocked. Beautiful view of the river. Plan to stay again!

Our stay was great. A perfect space to get away. Just a stones throw from a beautiful national park site with great beaches and a bay side worth seeing with small children. From the house you can walk to many restaurants and and an ice cream place. Owners and property managers were onsite everyday and easy to communicate with. We will be back!
