The house was exactly as described, very clean and in a great location. It's across the street from the Scallop convenience store which was an added benefit. My family and I will definitely be back. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

My daughters and I had a wonderful stay at Chunky Monkey and would like to rent again!Very clean, updated beach house with comfortable attractive furnishings including king and queen-size beds in 3/4 rooms! There were 2 “double bed” bunk beds in 1 room that my daughter loved! The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. We loved that the pool was steps away from the house, and the boardwalk to the beach was about 50 feet from the pool. It was a great house for teenagers who want some space. We enjoyed watching sunrises and sunsets from the “lookout tower.” It was easy to communicate with the host and she gave us some really good restaurant ideas. Thanks for helping me create some great July 4 memories at Cape San Blas!

We were kinda new to the area but had made day trips to Cape San Blas, and we absolutely loved it! The house was perfect and checked off all of our boxes. The pool was always open and the beach very convenient!

Location was perfect. House is spacious and kitchen was well equipped. Bathroom rugs were very dirty. My only suggestions are (1) place rugs at every entry from outdoors and beside beds, (2) a mirror or two outside of bathroom for when your grandchildren have you locked out of bathroom. These are just minor and wouldn't stop us from returning to the home

The house is beautiful and really is just steps away from the beach! We had everything we needed! It was also a great location! We rented bikes for 2 of the kids and they loved it! This house was perfect for our family!

Great stay!

The property was just as advertised, maybe better! Easy walk to the beautiful Cape San Blas beach and a general store right across the street. Comfortable beds, wonderful decks, lots of space and some of the best cookware I’ve used in a rental.

Great house in Cape San Blas

House is comfortable for 12 people in my family. Love the location to the beach. Pool was great to have so close. Cape San Blas is a beautiful spot in Florida.

Grand time on the Cape!

The chunky monkey was an ideal place for an extended family vacation! The home was lovely, the beach was a short walk away and the location was easy travel distance to the places we lovely to visit. We thank Susie and her property manager, Jenny, for this memorable stay! We plan to go again and again!

Beach weekend

Nice house, great location with beach access and pool. Not overcrowded or over developed area. Very relaxing! Lots of stairs but that’s typical for an elevated house.
