Very nice condo!

Very nice! Great location! Had some issues with garbage disposal but they came and fixed right away! Host was very nice and attentive!

We had a wonderful stay at Aqua.Have stayed at aqua for several years but first time in this unit. It did not disappoint.was just as advertised.Location and flior is perfect.We love love love Shuckems and this is perfect lication for frequent visits to our favorite place on the beach.We definitely would return to this unit.

Beautiful Place and view. My only complaint is when we arrived Saturday the TV in the living room was not working. It wasn’t til Monday I finally heard back after multiple calls. Two maintenance guys showed up Monday and couldn’t fix it. Wednesday they finally just ended up replacing the TV. That was roughly 4.5 days without a working TV in the living room. If was a big inconvenience for me and my dad who are early risers who like watching the morning news before everyone else wakes up. It also prevented us from having family movie night after dinner. Our last 3 days the AC wasn’t cooling efficiently and was 76/77 in our condo, this caused some very hot night while sleeping. I called twice about that problem and never heard back. Overall communication with properly manager was poor and we feel like we should be compensated for the TV and AC issues.

Disappointed in lack of communication

We had NO balcony access at all during our stay- under construction. This was NOT disclosed to us ahead of time. I sent two separate emails and then also called. Nothing has been done. We were woken up multiple days to men working on our balcony very noisily with sanding and drilling etc. very disappointed that we paid high money for a beach hotel with balcony and no access to it. We normally spend a lot of time on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. Watching sunset, listening to ocean, pictures. We could not do any of this 😢. It’s even more frustrating that no communication from the property manager for the whole week.

Great condo

Property was nice and all areas were very clean. Condo was clean and very spacious. The owner or property management definitely need to upgrade the towels. The bath towels are very small and cheap. Only complaint about the cleanliness is as we were leaving and stripped the sheets from the king bed we noticed the mattress pad was stained. Not sure about the other beds as we only used the king bed. This should be washed after each guest. I will now check these at checkIn in the future. Otherwise enjoyed the visit.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We encountered a strong smell in master bedroom and bathroom, could not use while we were there; emerald service very very poor , we had no issue was not very clean either. Also the front door doesn't seal well because it was a consistent noise coming from wind blowing or noise outside.

Nice location but DIRTY! Not stunning as advertised

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in several AQUA units over the years and love the 11’s. This unit in need of some repairs and housekeeping needs fired. We had to wash every glass, plates, and silverware/ utensils that we were going to use. A chair in the living room is broken, there is black mold on one of the bathroom ceilings, mold around the shower, mold on the inside of the other shower curtain, a continuous wet place in the carpet going into a bathroom, a sewer gas smell coming from a bathroom and a CONDOM BOX in one of the nightstands. I called Emerald Coast and the lady I spoke to seemed sort of unconcerned. I have plenty of photos to share, and I would really like a refund for the cleaning fee I was charged. I won’t rent from this company again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was as it was shown in the photos, but photos do not tell everything. There is quite a wind whistle noise from the door. Also it would be nice to have an inside lock on it. The main furniture is nice looking but the cushions are so worn that you need to sit on a couple of pillows so your butt doesn't hit the floor. Also the bed covering is extremely heavy and stained. It seems like it is a packing blanket that movers use. As for the facility itself, the outdoor pool was closed since painting and repairs were being done. One last thing to watch for...the last step coming up from the beach has dropped about 1 1/2 inches on the left side. 2 of my visiting grandchildren and myself caught our toe on it and tumbled into the back railing.

Amazing place

Breathtaking place to live away from home. the view on a balcony looking out at the beach and the sunrise in the morning and the moon set in the evening is so beautiful and breathtaking. the condom was very very clean. Set up in the condo is beautiful. it's a place if you were going with family, couple, or single person you would enjoy this place. It was times I did not want to leave the condo and just sit in the balcony. There are other service that's available on site for gas besides those two swimming pools the gym the snake bar and of course the beach the condo is full of types of Beach items that you can take on the beach that you may want to use. You have your own beach chairs and umbrella compliment daily. Easy access in and out of the condo no have to wait on long. Time to go up and down the elevator everyone is pleasant there all the workers people that operate the condo are so pleasant I attend Panama City every year for five to six nights and I this was my first time staying here but I will be going back again and I will be staying at this place. And I am kind of all over my friends and family of this place and location.

Great space for a family

Loved the style and amenities of this condo. Plenty of blankets, towels, and great sleeping space. An end unit with big outdoor balcony and nice chairs. You will love watching the sunset here! The elimination of going to pick up a key or check in/out, since it's a keypad is super nice and convenient. This is a fabulous location in the area and the Aqua has nice pools and amenities. Suggestion - needs new knives, they are all very dull, otherwise it was well stocked. There is not alot of surface space - as it's filled with decor. It's nice, but needed a few more flat surfaces to unpack our things.

Reviewer Comments: Great location being on the beach but some little things that could be improved with property: broken chair in living room with seat caved in, broken ice dispenser for fridge, broken lamp in bedroom number two with exposed sharp glass. Check in time is at 4pm and check out time is 9am, definitely think that is unfair to the member for paying that day and wouldn’t consider that the normal check in/check out times for resorts and Air BnBs. The bunk beds that offer additional sleeping area is kept in the size of a walk in closet so pictures are a bit deceiving but I understand that’s why it’s listed as a two bedroom.

Great condo

great condo, great experience. the queen size bunks are a great little surprise. tons of extras in the kitchen and throughout the unit. Beach chairs during season very much appreciated.

We had an amazing time. The condo was exactly what we wanted. It was spacious, decorated beautifully. The only down side was the construction going on at the Aqua. We would definitely stay again.

Just Ok

There were a few minor issues that could easily be resolved. First the master bathroom shower was stopped up. My husband found a plunger and fixed that issue. The second bathroom shower is extremely small for the humongous shower head. When you turn on the shower the water comes out on the floor. The rug in the living room was very dirty. There’s a wall that blocks your view which was disappointing. In the past, I’ve stayed at Calypso which is next door but decided to give Aqua a try. It’s unlikely I will return.
