The apartment is located 2 steps from the beaches and the port this St Laurent du Var where you will find many restaurants.
Halfway between Nice & Cannes and very close to Nice Côte d'Azur airport.
Ideally located for visiting the Côte d'Azur: Nice, Cannes, St Tropez, Monaco, St Paul de Vence, Menton, ... and all the small villages in the hinterland. About 2 hours from the ski resorts of the Southern Alps in winter: Isola 2000, Auron, Valberg
Athletes can use the cycle path to follow the seaside from Villeneuve Loubet to Nice.
Italy is also very close: around 50 km. Vingtimille market every Friday and San Remo market every Saturday.
The apartment is equipped for 4 people maximum. No additional person will be accepted, except for babies (up to 2 years old maximum). It is possible to rent a cot on site for € 16 / week.
Linen (sheets & towels) is not provided: possibility to bring your own linen or to rent it. The kit is € 16 / person / week.
Key collection takes place on site. Our services will get in touch with you a few days before your arrival in order to agree on the arrangements for handing over the keys. In the event of late arrival, on Sundays and / or public holidays, the keys will be left at the service center of Nice Côte d'Azur Airport (open from 8:30 am to 11:00 pm) for € 20.

gute Lage, - alte + schlechte Ausstattung, - Renovierungs-Stau
Die Lage + die Terrasse sind hervorragend, - der Gesamtzustand der Wohnung ist aber eher beklagenswert,
der Eigentümer hat lange an der Wohnung nichts getan !
Der Kühlschrank war zu klein und die Tür hing ständig schief, das Kochfeld hatte teilweise überdrehte Bedienungs-Schalter, die Wasserinstallation musste ausgebessert werden - die Agentur war ständig bemüht + im Einsatz
