Modern and charming house on two levels with a private garden and heated pool. Wifi. AC on the upper floor (with three bedrooms).

Perfect for families with kids. Suitable for renting also during mid-seasons (April and May as well as September and October): the pool is heated and much to do and see in the area.

Four separate bedrooms (8 beds + 2 in one sofa bed + 1 baby crib). The entry level has in open plan a kitchen, dining room and living room, with exits to three terraces in different directions, as well as bedroom 1 (double bed, with exit to terrace), bathroom (shower) and separate toilet. The upper level has three bedrooms (bedroom 2 – double bed, bedroom 3 – double bed + sofa bed, bedroom 4 – two single beds), bathroom (bathtub and shower) and a separate toilet.

Although the house is centrally located in Roujan (150 meters from the main street with a few cafes and restaurants), it is in a quiet and secluded area. It has a lush garden, several patios and a private pool. Since the pool can be heated, the house is a good option also during midseasons (April-May and September-October).

Since the owners have children themselves, the house and garden are well-equipped for families with children (e.g. high chairs and a cot).

About the village and the area: Cozy winegrower village Roujan (pop. 2,000) offers a pleasant visit. Bakery, cafés, and restaurants are within walking distance. The village also has a newly opened and well-assorted supermarket, large pharmacy, doctor, dentist and post office. The house is located 150 meters from the main street, but still secluded and very quiet. Roujan lies in the heart of the wine district Languedoc, an area often called California of France. Cozy vineyards and villages succeed each other and the selection of activities and sights is wide. E.g. visit Pezenas's (12 km) market on Saturdays or historic Montpellier (70 km), spend a day at the beach (30 km) or by the lake Salagou (30 km), take a boat trip on Canal du Midi or visit spectacular limestone caves Grotte de Demoiselles (80 km). Nearest golf course 20 km.

We're two sisters owning the house together since early 2014. One of us lives since many years with her family in Paris. The other lives with her family in Stockholm, Sweden. Our house in Roujan gives us the possibility to meet all together - with our children and their grandparents.
