Relax and Stay for a while! Business or leisure. The minimum stay throughout the year is 3 nights or more. We do recommend staying 30 days or longer.
Recently updated 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo that sleeps 4 guests comfortably (with a pull-out sofa bed)—located on the 3rd floor with elevator access. Wi-Fi and smart TV are available to log onto your favorite streaming channels.

This spacious 1 bedroom has a queen-sized bed, plenty of closet space, and a full-size dresser. We also have a small tabletop ironing board for your use. Off of the bedroom is a small patio overlooking the pond with beautiful sunsets and mountain views. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and just relax!!

The living space has a comfortable pull-out sofa bed and comfortable additional chairs to enjoy. Sit back enjoy a nice refreshing beverage, and relax after a long day of adventures!

The Kitchen is newly updated and the dining room seats 4 comfortably. It is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and accessories. Coffee and tea are provided and we do not offer daily food items.

There is a full-size washer and dryer, plus plenty of towels and linens for short or long-term stays.

The facility has a newly updated swimming pool and hot tub for your enjoyment!
You will be centrally located between shops, fine dining restaurants, and fun for the whole family in Surprise, Peoria, and Glendale. The Cardinals Stadium, Surprise, Goodyear, and Peoria Spring Training facilities are a short distance from where you will be staying. Hop on the highway and you are in Westgate in just minutes!

Some of the attractions in the area include the White Tank Regional Park, Wildlife World Zoo, Tennis and Racquet Complex, pickle ball courts, Golf courses, Surprise Aquatic Center, local movie theatres, bowling, art galleries, Ottawa University, local parks and so much more!

The Cozy Condo was more than we hoped for. Very clean. Great to be able to do laundry without leaving the rental. Very quiet. Unfortunately, the pool wasn't available, but undoubtedly that wasn't something the host could control. We would book again.

I checked in at night and I think that because the property is older and I wasn’t familiar with the area, that I was a little nervous walking to the condo. Once inside though, the place was lovely and comfortable, Nice, comfy bed, good water pressure in the shower, and nicely decorated. During the day, the property outside didn’t appear as ominous, it’s just an older complex. The hosts described entry perfectly and were very responsive to any messages I sent them. Overall, nice experience!

Had the best time at the Cozy Condo in Surprise! Pete and Stephanie were so responsive and met me for check-in to go over where things were in the condo! Very cozy indeed

This nice condo had a great layout for small group and was very well designed, with easy access, nice comfortable bedding, and all the right equipment in the small kitchen. Although small, the spaces are nicely appointed and pleasant feeling. There is some road noise from a close-by arterial, which affects the bedroom but it's not apparent from the other parts of the apartment. My hosts were very prompt and responsive and made themselves available by phone as well. I enjoyed the sunrise view from living room (not full panorama but coming right in from between other buildings in the complex). It was cold so no-one was at the pool/hot, but it looks like a good place to hang out - and explore the paths to the East near the Agua Fria river.

We had a lovely stay at Cliff’s Cozy Condo. It was 100-109 the whole time we were there, so didn’t use the hot tub! The furnishings were perfect for our use, newer appliances and a dishwasher! We loved the in-house washer and dryer, and the location was perfect for our stay near Sun City West. Very comfortable bed too. Thank you for your A communication, Stephanie and Pete!

Our stay in this "cozy" condo worked out very well. Stephanie Chase is very communicative, helpful and gracious. The location is convenient to many stores and restaurants. We had to adjust to some traffic noise. The space was very adequate for two people. Appliances worked well. The bed was comfortable.

(my father), and Pete (husband) are all co-owners of the Cliffs Cozy Condo. Our Creative backgrounds have brought us together to share an exciting journey with this VRBO. We take pride in all that we do!
Martin Krais LLC and CA+D LLC are unique business ventures that include Advertising, Marketing, and Interior Design. We enjoy people and traveling, and have all been a part of Rotary International, which is well established in the Surprise community.

Why they chose this property

We chose the Cliffs Condominiums because of the wonderful location, views, and access to several Spring Training and sports facilities close by. Surprise, AZ is a wonderful community and has a small town feeling serving Arizona’s northwest valley.

What makes this property unique

Our Cozy Condo is located on the third level and has wonderful east and west views of the surrounding mountains. The Palm trees are staring at you off of our patio. Bell Rd. Is the main road that runs east to west through the valley, and we are located on Bell Rd. We are not too far to major highways and of course golf courses and other amazing sports venues.
Our prices, you can’t beat for the location!!
