We are located in the heart of Surprise with everything this charming town has to offer. As the locals say “anything you could ever want is a maximum of 20 minutes in any direction from Surprise!”

THE SPACE

We have a large backyard with multiple seating and lounging options complete with a BBQ to grill up burgers with friends. Our large self-cleaning Pentair pebble-tec pool (unheated) has a waterfall feature that will make you feel like you have escaped to a tropical oasis. The pool water stays warm into the season here in Surprise and hovers around 80+ in the Spring making it the perfect place to gather and play on the endless hot days and warm evenings. The pool was drained and the water refreshed in April 2023 or your comfort.

The interior of the home is custom designed. We have a spacious well-stocked kitchen and pantry, 2 large screen smart TV’s (located in living room and master bedroom). The bunk bedroom has a large flatscreen and Xbox360 with games! Free wifi is available to all guests.

If you feel up for some exercise and adventure, we have four bikes available for your use!

It is our goal to make your stay as comfortable as possible by providing the extras. You will find a latte/cappuccino maker, blender, toaster, air fryer, clothing steamer, hair dryer, Chi flat iron, pillow selection varying in firmness, pool basketball hoop, highchair, and a pack n play – just in case. We also offer an assortment of pool floaties and an automatic pump to get you started on your journey to relaxation and fun.

You will feel safe and secure while you stay with our state of the art (and very easy to use) ADT security system. Your security is very important to us while visiting our home.

Please note that this is a residential neighborhood with quiet hours (10pm-8am)


Surrounding Area

If you want to venture out, Surprise and the surrounding area boast much to do. Desert Diamond West Valley Casino is 10 miles away, and the shopping is endless with indoor and outdoor shopping malls including Tanger Outlet Mall.

If its sports you seek, take in a KC Royals or Texas Rangers ballgame during Spring Training at the Surprise Stadium just 2 miles away. There are over 13 Cactus League teams that play here in the valley for Spring Training! Enjoy a game of tennis, racquetball, or pickleball at the Surprise Tennis and Racquet Complex also 2 miles away. Surprise also boasts 8 golf courses in the immediate vicinity and many others just a short drive away. And we could never forget Arizona Cardinals Football at State Farm Stadium, or Arizona Coyotes Hockey at Gila River Arena both just a 12 mile drive.

If you prefer active outdoor adventures, White Tank Mountain Regional Park, 13 miles away has everything you need. There are miles of hiking, biking and horseback riding trails for all abilities.

We couldn’t forget about family fun! Surprise Aquatic Center, Top Golf, Wildlife World Zoo & Aquarium & Safari Park are all within 20 minutes’ drive and Six Flags Hurricane Harbor is only 23 miles from our front door!

We are just minutes from food favorites like In’ n Out Burger, Einstein Bagels, Starbucks and Crumbl Cookie. If you are looking for more formal dining options there endless options close by but our favorites are Native Grill and Wings and El Mirage Café for Mexican.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the entire property (via Keyless contact entry) with the exception of the locked Garage and hallway linen closet. This is where owner items and cleaning supplies are stored. There is an ample kitchen pantry where you will find plenty of storage space.

Three day minimum booking please.

For guest security (and also because we do not live in the immediate area), our home is protected by an ADT security system (doorbell camera, backyard camera, window sensors). No cameras indoors and these are not continuously monitored.

Also please note that if you have little ones, our pool is not suitable for children left unattended. We do have a self closing sliding patio door system installed for their safety but this should not be solely relied upon. Please ensure that the sliding door stays closed for their safety and your piece of mind.

We are a no shoes, no smoking, no parties, and no pets home.

Luke Airforce Base does some fantastic fly overs with their Fighter Jets during the weekdays. Watching them while floating in the pool is an experience never to forget.
