Exterior Features: Assigned covered parking space included with plenty of guest parking available. The beach has white, silky soft sand and a volleyball area. There is a large heated pool and spa, gas grill station, outdoor showers/restrooms and a very large pool deck with plenty of loungers tables and chairs. Close to restaurants, shopping, bird sanctuary, Clearwater beach, St. Pete, I-271 and the airports.

*Please note that the pool will be out of service from August 11th until approximately mid December 2025 due to repairs. Guests will be able to use the pool at a neighboring property during this time.
