Downtown Cottage Studio dans un endroit incroyable avec un parking sur place!

Le cottage situé au 453 Cerrillos, dans la ville de Santa Fe, est un cottage de studio de 500 pieds carrés doté d’une cour commune et situé à moins de trois pâtés de maisons de l’historique Santa Fe Plaza. Ce magnifique cottage récemment rénové fait partie d'un ensemble classique de bâtiments de Santa Fe datant de la période territoriale du Nouveau-Mexique avant 1912. Le complexe à 453 Cerrillos comprend The Loft à 453, VRBO N ° 1261468 (1 salle de bain / 1 salle de bain) et Mae's Casita à 453, VRBO N ° 1562504 (2 salle de bains / 2 salles de bain). Le quartier Fe Railyard, l’historique Santa Fe Plaza, Canyon Road et The State Capitol Grounds. Le Cottage est maintenant divisé en une cuisine avec réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, four grille-pain et comptoir-cooktop, un coin couchage avec placard, et un salon et salle à manger. Sur le parking privé attenant il y a une cour de bonne taille partagée avec un cabinet d'avocats pour deux personnes. Le café emblématique de Santa Fe, Ohori's, se trouve à quelques pas de Manhattan Street. La meilleure boulangerie de Santa Fe, Sage Bakery, est idéalement située au coin de la rue. Salles de spectacles Lensic Theater and St. Le Francis Auditorium ainsi que le site de Santa Fe, le musée d'art du Nouveau-Mexique, le palais des gouverneurs et le musée d'histoire du Nouveau-Mexique se trouvent à moins de 10 minutes à pied du Cottage.

Such a cozy prefect spot for us to retreat to after exploring each day. We spent 4 nights. Explored the area walking to the plaza, rail yard area, farmers market, local coffee shops and restaurants. We explored hikes, national monuments and more by venturing out in a rental car. Coffee, wine, cheese and crackers provided by the hosts was a nice treat! We would highly recommend this Cottage!

Exactly what we were looking for: really well located between the rail yard and town (5min walk each way ), clean, comfortable and homely. Great space for a couple. Linda was great at communicating and the welcome wine was a nice touch. Yes recommended !

Arriving at our Vrbo casita in Santa Fe, NM after a long drive from AZ, we were pleasantly surprised to find a nice bottle of red wine and cheese and crackers awaiting us along with a welcoming book of instructions to make us feel at home. One of the co-hosts soon came to welcome us in person and showed us where to find a good nearby coffee shop, a nice food court and bar, and a fantastic southwestern restaurant. He later came back at our request and helped us figure out how to navigate the TV system. We soon settled in to a wonderful week-long winter stay in the lovely casita. The location was perfect for walking almost everywhere, including to the central plaza where we bought Native American jewelry gifts, and in a nearby store, a gorgeous rug that we shipped home. We rarely needed our car except to drive one hour away to Bandelier National Monument, a special must-see place. The weather was cool but sunny most days during our mid-February visit. It was a perfect getaway from a Wisconsin winter for us. We love Santa Fe for all its culture and uniqueness! And the casita run by fantastic friendly hosts! We will be coming back again!!

Adorable studio in an awesome location. The condo had everything we needed--from kitchen appliances to an extra blanket and a binder of what to do in the area. Thank you for sharing the history of the home-we'll be back!

Quiet cottage in excellent location

The cottage was clean, comfortable and quiet. Nicely decorated too. Very easy walk to many central sites and great restaurants. Would stay there again. Nice touch was the wine, beer, cheese and crackers awaiting are arrival.

Absolutely perfect in every way! The cottage looked even better than in the pictures. The location was superb and I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go.
