This historic casita is on a 1904 property that is listed in the National Listing of Historic Places. The casita was freshly remodeled in December 2023. There is a shared bricked courtyard with two fountains. You are 1,000 yards from the historic Santa Fe plaza (a 10-minute walk) - with a constant menu of free events/performances/fiestas. You can to walk to almost everything that makes Santa Fe the City Different. We are passionate about promoting locally owned business, and events. Brett was amazing, welcoming and accommodating. His place was peaceful and just what we needed for our time in Santa Fe. It's a quaint place that we loved. Our dogs loved it too!

The listing is even nicer in person. The location is about perfect, we walked to the Plaza, Canyon Road and the Railyard District during our stay. Bret is an excellent host and has wonderful restaurant recommendations. We will definitely stay again for our next visit to Santa Fe. Our cocker spaniel also gives it a 5-star review.

This property is excellent for walking around downtown Santa Fe. The king size bed and open living area and kitchen make for a comfortable stay. I also loved all the outdoor space in the shared courtyard

The casita was immaculate and very well appointed. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Hosts were very warm and helpful. Great base for visiting Santa Fe, Taos, and Bandolier Nat'l Monument. Highly recommended!!

Excellent location, excellent property

Great property just a short walk from the plaza. Very comfortable for two, would also work for a family of 3-4. Well cared for and beautifully remodeled property, with everything we needed for a stay. Would love to stay again!

Very SF style which we were looking for. Close proximity to plaza. Easy to get around. Easy in and out with code for lock.Felt very secure. Host very accommodating. Even brought home apricots from his apricot tree.

Cozy Casita

Walking score gets a 10! The plaza, historic landmarks, art galleries, and boutiques just blocks away. This cozy casita is tastefully decorated with Southwestern touches - a truly charming guest house. The hosts are more than happy to give suggestions for restaurants and galleries- super friendly and courteous. We hope to return!

Hosts! House! Location!

Scroll no further in the Sante Fe listings. This is the place you’re looking for if you want:…convivial hosts who clearly love meeting new people and sharing insights into the delights of Sante Fe…a beautifully restored casita in an historic house with all mod cons and off street parking…a peaceful neighborhood within walking distance of the Plaza, Canyon Rd and the Railyard.We had a wonderful 4 day stay with Brett and Kirsten. Our only regret ? That we couldn’t stay longer. Sante Fe has so much to offer and this is the perfect base.

The space is lovely - it's a spacious casita that is within walking distance of the Santa Fe plaza and railyard. The casita included a king bed that is super comfortable, kitchen amenities for in-home cooking, a washer/dryer combo, and comfy living area. The bathroom has a separate sink that makes is incredibly convenient for individuals to have space for the vanity while someone can occupy the shower. The neighborhood is quaint and safe and home owners welcoming and warm.

Great stay! Brett & Kirsten were the best hosts, so nice getting to know them. The casita was perfect. We walked to the Square and Canyon Road. We will definitely stay with Brett & Kirsten again and will recommend them to friends heading to Santa Fe.
