Serenity Cabin is situated along the Big Thompson River at Aspen Brook. Managed by Aspen Brook Vacation Homes with a local property management office, you have the best of both worlds - stay super close to Rocky Mountain National Park, but have the convenience of being just minutes from the downtown village. Aspen Brook is a small community of vacation homes only 2.5 miles from downtown Estes Park and so close to the national park you can walk from your vacation home. Serenity has four spacious bedrooms, two living areas both with natural gas fireplaces, Flat screen Smart Samsung TV's and plenty of space for everyone. Central Air-conditioning and new natural gas furnace. So comfy, you'll be tempted to never leave! Relax in the new deck furniture facing the river and star gaze. With no streetlights, the dark skies make stargazing spectacular. The wonderful salt-water hot tub is on the river facing deck and is a great way to wind down after hiking the park all day!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at this property! In addition to being in a perfect location with a beautiful river view, it had everything we needed for our stay. Tamara was a wonderful host, and I would highly recommend Serenity Cabin!

We love staying in Aspen Brook and the Serenity cabin did not disappoint! Plenty of room for our family of 7, great location, gorgeous river view and hot tub fun. Would recommend to anyone and stay again!

Serenity Happy

Serenity cabin is right on the brook. The deck and hot tub are marvelous. The cabin comfortably handled 7 adults and 3 children. The location was great being very close to the YMCA where we were having a large family reunion. Highly recommended.

Fabulous stay at Estes Park house in Aspen Brook community

Six of us rented this house for 3 nights for our annual girls' trip. The house did not disappoint! Tamara was great to work with! The house was in tip top shape, well-maintained, well-stocked and spotlessly clean. The deck over-looking the running river was our favorite spot for morning coffee and other meals. The house was even more gorgeous in person. The location was perfect for visiting downtown Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain National Park. Hope to have the opportunity to return!

Such an amazing property. Great location on the river. House accommodated everyone in our party. The deck was the best place to spend the mornings and evenings. They have everything and more you could ever need. Highly recommend!

Perfect Memorial Weekend

This property was the perfect stay for our Memorial Weekend of hiking in RMNP. The home had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms, plus many more amenities we didn’t even think about! We loved the location and riverfront views, and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great property on the river

We had an excellent time in Estes and this property was a big part of it. Plenty of space for the kids and adults plus having the hot tub to soak away our aches after a long day of hiking or shopping. Property manager was very helpful and did a great job communicating to us before and during our stay.

Family trip to the mountains!

This was the perfect location for our family vacation. The house was perfect and had everything we needed for our family of 9 (6 adults and 3 kids under 8). The deck near the river was my favorite place - so relaxing! The house is close to the Y Camp and the Park entrance. Highly recommend and our family will hopefully be able to stay there again soon!

Amazing property, great location

We loved EVERYTHING about this property. We had 6 adults and 2 children and PLENTY of space for everyone to be together, or to have personal space. The kitchen was amazing with how well it was stocked with everything we needed. The view of the river with the running water was spectacular and the patio and hot tub, amazing. Our family absolutely fell in love with Serenity and cannot wait until we visit Estes Park again for a repeat in this cozy, comfortable, and fun cabin.

Holiday Treat

Our family (5 adults, 2 children) spent the Thanksgiving holiday in Serenity Cabin at Aspen Brook. The cabin is VERY nice! The accommodation are top notch. The location gave us easy access to the Rocky Mountains and shopping, yet it was very secluded and quiet. The staff was very nice and informative. We will be booking again!

Fall Paradise

Four couples stayed here and had a wonderful time! The trees were turning colors and the elk rut was fabulous to witness! The house is absolutely beautiful and on the river. We used the hot tub every day! Will definitely be back!

Aspen Brook -All you can ask for

Great location just minutes from town. A peaceful setting next to the creek and deck with a hot tub to enjoy after a day of hiking in the snow. The home was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Enjoyed our time there during the winter storm and would definitely go back. Great communication from the property manager as well. 5 Stars!

On the River

Our family always enjoys out time in Estes Park. It was so enjoyable to sit in the hot tub and listen to the sound of the river. The house was large enough for everyone to spread out and have their own space when needed. James and Stormy took good care of us during out stay. Thank you very much!!

Riverside relaxation

Incredibly convenient to groceries and Rocky Mountain National Park, the Serenity Cottage was a perfect place for our family of 5. It was a nice touch (and one less hassle) to have the trash bags and dishwasher detergent provided. Birdwatching from the deck and star-gazing from the hot tub are fabulous moments of relaxation after long hikes. If you come, don't miss Cinnamon's bakery or the Himalayan Curry and Kebab restaurant. Coupons for Dave's BBQ in a handout at the visitor center!

Spectacular setting, outstanding house

The house sits right on the Big Thompson River - with the hot tub right above the rushing torrent - and has every possible amenity. Great layout, with plenty of room for gathering as a group with private spaces as well. The bathrooms are all decked out with stone/tile showers, and the kitchen has everything you’ll need for cooking and serving. Location is just a few minutes outside Estes Park, which is good given traffic and congestion downtown. This is a premier property in all facets, and most highly recommend. 👍👍👍

Whether it's buying new bedding, furniture or little extras, they keep making it more "home". Tamara and James have lived in Estes Park for more than 40 years. James, a professional photographer and Tamara, publisher, long-time business owner and wearer of many hats, decided to continue the tradition started 30 years ago by the developers of Aspen Brook. This wonderful community is in a serene, gorgeous setting and offers guests the perfect mountain get away.

After purchasing Aspen Brook Vacation Homes, we feel very grateful to manage Serenity Cabin. This riverside home is the perfect size, has all the comforts of home (and more) and really wonderful owners to work with! You'll love the location, proximity to the national park and downtown, and the feel of being so far from it all! Serenity Cabin has all the comforts - luxury bedding, beautifully decorated, a large riverside deck with natural gas grill, and two living spaces with fireplaces.

No overhead power lines, no street lights and wildlife abounds. There are not a lot of places so close to nightlife where you can see wildlife! Both mountain views and riverside views create the perfect setting at Aspen Brook and the Serenity Cabin. You can take a short hike from your stay at Aspen Brook into the national park. Come back to cook dinner on the new Weber natural gas grill by the river, or head to many dinner spots within a 1 mile drive.
