Our view was as promised with a lovely beach view. The host was responsive to our requests. The first impression of the condo was promising. However, on closer look, the floors were sandy and the blinds were filthy. Little space in kitchen for personal food or effects; extremely overloaded with dishes, pots and pans. Appliances excellent. Being advertised as a penthouse was misleading. For the rent, it was disappointing.

Really nice place for vacation

The adults and kids had a great time. The place was clean and taken care of. Very cozy. Modern appliances and went above and beyond for our needs. We will definitely be saving this place to come again in the future!

Exactly what we needed!

We enjoyed all aspects of our stay and would recommend to anyone visiting in the area. The check in process was very smooth. While there was an auto email prior to arrival stating that we needed to bring toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, etc., there did end up being a "gift bag" on the counter with essentials. The view was breathtaking from this top floor penthouse. While it was a "side view" (vs. directly facing the ocean), it did not matter. The views were gorgeous from living room and balcony. It was clean, beds were comfortable, essential kitchen items provided. Having access to the ocean (without having to park elsewhere) as well as access to the pool, hot tubs was exactly what we needed. We also enjoyed the location. Very easy to get where we needed to go (via car) to anywhere in the area. Thanks for a lovely experience!

Great Place to stay at the beach

Property was just as listed, was in an excellent location and the parking deck wasnt cramped like most at Myrtle Beach. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

N. Myrtle Beach Getaway

Good location, elevators always available, unit decorated nicely, great views of beach. Floors swept but dirty (dropped ice cube, & paper towel was black wiping it up. Bathrooms better, but living room & kitchen made white socks filthy.). We may try to stay again next spring, but I would try to mop/clean floors as soon as we get there. Nicely equipped throughout, & comfy beds.

Another great vacation

Blue Water is a wonderful building to stay in. Numerous amenities that are kept in immaculate shape by the maintence staff. Convenient to all the popular shopping areas as well as Myrtle Beach.

Condo

Resort is great and location is excellent. The condo had everything we needed for the vacation. It however was not clean by any stretch of the imagination. We had to wear slippers or shoes the entire time because if we walked barefoot on the floors our feet were black within 5 minutes. We swifter moped the floors and they were clearly not cleaned. The bed mattress covers were covered with stains, the light in the master bathroom did not work, which I fixed by buying bulbs at Walmart. The shade on the master bedroom sliding door was missing a lot slats so we had to clip a bed sheet to either side in order to get privacy and keep the light out. Overall we enjoyed the stay but it needs work.

Amazing stay in a beautiful home away from home!

Top floor with great view of the beach, kitchen had everything you could need from glassware, pots, pans, coffee makers, dishwasher, utensils and so much more! Shower head water pressure was phenomenal and the space was very clean. 10 out of 10 would recommend! Many thanks to our host(s)!!!!

Family Yearly Beach Trip

Very comfortable, plenty of room. It was nice to have a washer-dryer in the unit. The view was not beachfront, by a nice beach view. I loved the Penthouse. Elevators were quick and furnishings were nice. The pools were clean and beach very accessible. Parking is all covered and on site. Our interchanges with the host were very cordial and accommodating. We would return here.

Awesome get away

My husband and i , along with our brother and sister in law stayed for 5 days. Check in was a breeze! The condo was super clean and nicely decorated. Dining, shops and entertainment was close and easy to get to. The outdoor pool and lazy river were great. Indoor pool was clean but had a horrible chlorine smell. I enjoyed all of my stay and would definitely stay here again! Only complaint is no shelves in bathrooms for toiletries!

Girls Trip

My adult daughter and I wanted a nice girls trip at the beach and this condo was perfect for that. When we arrived it was very easy to find the key box and check in. We only had to walk to the back and there was the beach with a nice walkway leading to it. The decor was calming and perfect for the location. Each bedroom had it’s own bathroom and was separate from each other so we did not have to worry about waking each other up. The view from the balcony was very nice, it was in the front of the building but we could see the beach really well. Communication with the property manager was excellent.

Ocean view, excellent location close to it all but with nice peace and quiet. Fantastic new restaurants and shopping centers nearby, plus tons to do for families, couples and friends! Golf, nightlife, para sailing, live music, arcades and ice cream shops for the kids, and excellent dining options.
