Shoreham Towers I es un exclusivo y exclusivo edificio frente al mar en la sección Crescent Beach de North Myrtle Beach.

Tenemos mucho cuidado y placer en mantener y actualizar nuestras cinco casas: Shoreham Towers I (VRBO 114270) y Shoreham Towers II (VRBO 116213, 116219, 87388, 223696)
No utilizamos una agencia. La propietaria, Margaret Williams, quisiera hablar con todos los inquilinos por primera vez. La limpieza es una prioridad.

Esta unidad está bellamente amueblada y equipada con muchas comodidades y servicios del hogar. Los muebles se mantienen en buenas condiciones y los colchones son de primera calidad. Ofrecemos limpieza de salida y ropa de cama. Los alojamientos para dormir son rey en maestro, reina en segundo, gemelos en el tercero. Tenemos otras unidades con rey / reina / reina.

Pocos propietarios en el edificio alquilan, por lo que la playa no está tan llena como en los grandes resorts. La piscina, el patio y las áreas de parrillas están bellamente diseñados. Nuestro condominio ofrece el disfrute de unas vacaciones frente al mar con las comodidades del hogar.

La casa cuenta con cuatro televisores, DVD y acceso gratuito a Internet de alta velocidad con Wi-Fi. Hay un amplio estacionamiento en el lugar y un lobby seguro. Parrilla, área de picnic y baños junto a la piscina. Los vertederos de basura están en cada piso.

Los alquileres son de sábado a sábado. Somos un condominio para NO FUMADORES, y esta política también se aplica al área del balcón. No se admiten mascotas, no se permiten motocicletas en la propiedad. Solo adultos mayores de 25 años y familias.

Unit was very well maintained and clean. Location was perfect and quiet. Margaret was very responsive and when unreachable, returned my call within 15 minutes or less. She followed through with any requests and remained true to her word.

Wonderful stay

Had a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying the beach after Christmas. Even with the cold winds coming off the ocean, we stayed cozy & warm viewing the beach from our accommodations. Direct access to the beach for a walk was nice.

We absolutely loved this condo and ocean. The place has everything you need. Very Very Clean, with alot of personal touches, including mints, extra tooth brushes, q-tips, everything you need in the kitchen and laundry. Even the building and elevator were very clean. Smaller building that was not crowded. We have been coming to the area for 5 years, and this has been our favortie.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay here. Margaret was great--a pleasure to deal with. She and my hubby were in contact over a leaky bathroom tub faucet. She took great care of the property, while still being considerate of our vacation. The very nice handyman and his wife took care of the leak. We come to N Myrtle Beach every April for the kids spring break, and while we've stayed in this building before, this was our first time in (one of) Margaret's condo(s). We will definitely be back! One of my favorite things about this condo was how well stocked it was. We've stayed in places that didn't even supply hand soap, so I was very pleased at how many basics were provided (starting toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, salt & pepper, sugar, and lots of mugs and glasses). It could use a big mixing bowl, tho (for pancake batter & popcorn).And, I just have to say: That king bed was AMAZING! The mattress, the bedding, the pillows--I loved everything about that bed. Margaret told us the tv had been updated, and indeed, it was great! Large, with a beautiful picture & plenty of inputs.The only things that missed the mark were the washer and dryer. They are both older models and, while absolutely functional, could use some updating. They have a loud, obnoxious buzz on completion.Hubby and I highly recommend this condo! We had a great time, and look forward to next time.

A Wonderful Vacation Stay

Our family has stayed at Shoreham Towers for several years for our yearly beach trip, and it never disappoints! The property was by far the most clean property I have ever stayed at. My family definitely recommends this property, 10 out of 10! Our host was also super professional and helpful, an overall perfect experience!

February Getaway

The weather was in the 50-60s the whole week. Quite enjoyable. I enjoyed the balcony overlooking the ocean while my husband reveled in all the golf opportunities. Yes, I would definitely stay again.
