- All guests, visitors, vendors or anyone coming onto the property must be registered and approved by signing a release.
- Boat and boat trailer parking is available at the property. However, there is NO RV parking allowed either on the street or on the property.
- Executed swimming pool waiver for each guest in the home will be required for swimming pool access.
High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (like countertops, light switches, handles, and faucets)
All towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF

Our family loves everything surrounding this beautiful home. We've been coming to Lake Powell for many years to enjoy the lake and the beauty of the surrounding area. Our home is minutes from Lone Rock Beach and Wahweap Marina for easy access to the lake. We are also close to Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, and Alstrom Point. Many hiking trails as well as off road trails for your side by sides and four wheeling adventures are close by.
What makes this house unique
This home has unobstructed views of the lake with incredible sunrises and reverse sunsets. The home is in a dark sky community which makes the star gazing a must. We are close to town but far enough out of town to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature.
