Get ready to kick back and relax in this private oasis with amazing views of Lake Powell.
You will find a comfortable family room for your gatherings, along with a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking and baking needs. Enjoy the outdoor patio area to relax after a great day on the lake or from exploring the area. Hot tub is available for year around use, pool is open March-October.
We offer 3 private bedrooms with king size beds and smart tv's. The bunkbed room is queen sized.
Make yourself at home and take in the sunrise and the sunsets.
The home is centrally located and just minutes from Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, Antelope Point Marina & Wawheap Marina.

Spectacular house, located in a great area with views of Lake Powell. Perfectly located between Wahweap Marina and Antelope. The house is well apportioned with a pool, jacuzzi and plenty of patio seating. The air conditioner blows ice cold, the bbq works great, and the neighborhood is nice. The kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of room for our family of 8. The host is excellent at communicating. We had a great time and we are already looking at dates to return.

Perfect

Host Jerrica was a pleasure to work with, especially as this was my first VRBO experience. The property was luxurious and in a quiet neighborhood. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Jerrica was so accommodating. She allowed us to change our dates after our entire family got Covid and had to postpone our trip. The house was absolutely amazing and just as advertised. It’s 10 minutes from the Wahweap and Antelope marinas. Spending time on Lake Powell was phenomenal and it was so nice being able to rest and sleep in a comfortable home. The large couch in the living area was big enough to accommodate all 10 of us. And the large granite slab extended from one end of the kitchen all the way into a dining area which seated us all comfortably for meal times. The home was stocked with games, extra blankets, plenty of pillows and a nice array of kitchen appliances. The hot tub sits off a deck and has neck rests and strong jets to soothe sore muscles after a long day jet skiing and wake boarding. The backyard has enough room to play games and bbq. We didn’t spend much time in the pool but that was a nice added bonus. The views are spectacular from the home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Jerrica’s VBRO.

Very Satisfied

The house appeared beautiful online and it was beautiful in person. We didn’t get to use the 2 car garage which was disappointing because our cars really heated up in the driveway. The A/C was out the first 2 nights which was very unpleasant but the owner refunded us one night’s stay immediately without my having to ask, which I thought was very good business. She stayed in touch with us and kept us informed as she worked to get it back on. The pool was cold even with The hot temperatures and the owner warmed it up upon request. One of the bedrooms had a large greasy stain on the carpet that was hard to see at first. As the week progressed the stain became more evident and was an eyesore. Every room had light switches that were very hard to turn on. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our group of eleven. Lots of blankets and dishes and pans to serve us. The neighborhood was very nice and right down the road was a grand view where we could hike and see an absolute beautiful view.

Incredible views

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Page! The views are wonderful and the home is clean and just as advertised! The location is great. We could walk our granddaughter to the park or be at the Grand Canyon Brewery in 5 minutes!

Great House!!

There were 5 of us staying here on a girls trip. We were very impressed with everything about this house from the cleanliness of it, to having lots of space and a POOL, to the house being stocked with the basics. Communication with the owner was fast and friendly. We all said we would stay here again!!

Great Family Gathering

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We had a great get together with family from out of state. The location was perfect. We had wonderful views on our walks right from the property. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and the owner went out of her way to be very accommodating.

Breathtaking!

This property is truly one of the most amazing places I've stayed through Vrbo and I can't recommend it highly enough. The owner was incredibly responsive, proactive and helpful. The photos and don't do justice to the house and the views. Really spectacular, and I would absolutely love to stay here again.

The house was very clean and spacious. The view was beautiful especially for the sunrise from the balcony. We saw so many awesome sites and truly enjoyed our stay. Never got to swim as the weather was too cool. House is very well stocked too. The owner was very responsive and so kind and helpful.

Perfect for our stay

We needed a place to stay for our elopement wedding. It was just the two of us, our infant son and two friends who acted as a nanny for us. The views were spectacular, beautiful home, and very cozy. It was extremely windy during our stay so it was hard to be outside hiking but there are trails nearby within walking distance. Horseshoe bend is a 10-15 minute drive and everything is a super quick drive. It was nice having a highchair that clipped onto the island for our son but the stairs were a constant battle with him. No fault of the owner by any means but it would be awesome if they provided a baby gate. We loved our stay and can’t wait to be back!

Overall, the property is very nice and I enjoyed my time there. However, I did notice a few areas that could use some attention: 1. **Yard Maintenance**: The yard was full of weeds which detracted from the overall appearance of the property. 2. **Patio Cleanliness**: There were a lot of ants on the back patio. 3. **Pool Cleanliness**: The pool was a bit dirty and could benefit from more frequent cleaning. 4. **Wildlife**: In the evening, there were many bats flying over the pool. Despite these issues, my overall experience was positive. I believe addressing these concerns would greatly enhance the enjoyment of future visitors. Thank you for your attention to these matters. I look forward to seeing these improvements on my next visit.

EXCEPTIONAL

We love staying here. We’ve stayed here 3 times and it’s been great every time. VERY comfortable beds and sofa/recliners. The bunk bed is even super comfortable. The views are just gorgeous. The pool has a cover, so you can keep it closed if you have small kids in the group. The home is very clean. We have never run out of hot water for showers(I think there is an on demand system for hot water). The kitchen has every appliance/pot/pan we needed to cook meals. The washer and dryer are great. We love how there is plenty of parking for our boats. We also love the shelves in the garage to store extra drinks. There is plenty of closet space in the rooms to actually unpack your bags. Tons of space in the kitchen to put away food. We love coming back to this beautiful, comfortable, air conditioned home after a day of playing in the hot sun. This home is in a very nice neighborhood. It’s close to shopping. Many great restaurants in the area.

Incredible!!!

There are views for miles. Views of Lake Powell, the canyons, and the surrounding landscape. Views of airplanes taking off and landing. Incredible views of the stars and Milky Way Galaxy. You forget what the stars look like until you’re in a place like this. It’s relaxing, as the nearby homes are not nearby at all. It’s located up on the hill in a very nice area. It is also just minutes from the golf course, shops and airport. I would stay here anytime of year just for a getaway. The pool was warm and outdoor furniture very comfortable. The pool floaties were great. On July 4th we were swimming in the pool and surprised to have a perfect view of the city fireworks. We loved the American flag light display outside by the pool too!! It really felt like such a special, memorable holiday. The home itself is very nice, immaculate and tasteful. The beds and bedding were all very comfortable. In addition to the lounge chair, the sofa also has two lounge chairs. They were very spacious and comfortable. There is plenty of parking. We easily fit our boat and truck in the driveway and another truck in the garage. There are currently no other home’s in the Cal-de-sac so we could have easily fit another boat or trailer. The garage had a ton of shelves we used to pack our coolers and store extra drinks. The hosts were very generous and we had every amenity we needed. The kitchen was supplied with every dish we needed to cook meals as well. There were cooking basics like spices, cooking oil, etc. Empty space in the pantry for our own food was also appreciated. We absolutely loved cooking in the crockpot and having home cooked meals waiting for us each day. There are smart TVs in every bedroom/family room. There is a pile of new games. The kids loved the tiki ring toss game. The washer and dryer work fantastic. The office area was a bonus. Good sized closets with hangers and plenty of storage space. The craftsmanship of the home is really done well. The fireplace a work of art. The hosts really know what they’re doing. It’s excellent.
