Property, views and location were excellent. The trail right out the back gate was great! We did feel like we were being lectured to about rules and liability. We’ve rented high end properties all over the world and have always felt very welcomed. Here we all thought they were over the top in this issue.

Kokopelli House is a fabulous home with fantastic views and every amenity possible for a delightful stay in the Page area. The beds are very comfortable, there are ample living spaces, a fantastic game room and a beautiful and very well laid out kitchen. The outdoor spaces are magnificent with lots of seating and eating areas, lovey landscaping and a beautiful pool and hot tub with views to die for. The decor of the home is like being in a southwestern museum; the attention to detail is remarkable. The location can’t beat for exploring all the Page area has to offer which is tons! Communication with the owner was very easy. I highly recommend this property and hope to return again.

Spent a whole week here and it was great. Our family adventured out to explore everyday and enjoyed cooking dinner and watching the sunset from the hot tub every night. We much preferred the quiet more remote location of Page versus the heavily touristy areas of Arizona. This house was well stocked and clean and the manger answered any questions immediately. If we didn’t want to experience different areas of the world I would rebook yearly.

Great base to visit spectacular National Parks

Best yet in Page

My family has visited Lake Powell for many years and renting the past few. The Kokopeli House was by far, the best yet for a family rental. The home is beautiful with spectacular views as well as plenty of space for everyone to gather or separate for some quiet time. The location is very central to lake access, tour sites and town.We will definitely come back here again!

I am an airline pilot who fell in love with Lake Powell over 30 years ago. We enjoy house boating on the Lake, exploring the vast selection of canyons and all of the water sports. With a new vacation home we look forward to ATV'ing, mountain biking, running the RIM trail and exploring the Great Circle!

Owning a houseboat at Wahweap and having been captivated by the Lake and the surrounding desert for 40 years, we wanted to create a very southwestern vacation home experience to share with family, friends and guests. When this unique home with its unmatched vistas became available, I knew it would be perfect for a vacation home. After a $6500,000 remodel including POOL OF THE YEAR, the Kokopelli house is 4400 sf on over an acre overlooking the Lake with three master suites and a killer view, it was an ideal choice. We will continue to houseboat but will also now be able to base out of a Lake Powell-Page home and explore the endless desert adventures by land or just BBQ and entertain family and friends on the kitchen patio overlooking the while enjoying the awesome views! Our Razor is in the garage and ready to go!
We have been in the Vacation Rental industry for over 35 years, with our first rental in 1989. Since that time we have added to our luxury vacation home portfolio with each custom, luxury, elegant and multimillon dollar properties. Each person designed and built or extensively remodeled each home or condo and subsequently began sharing these with guests, family and friends.

We personally manage all of our homes. For nearly 40 years I traveled the world extensively as a 747 captain. During that time I have learned discerning guests prefer when on a luxury vacation, which has been incorporated in all of our homes and is the ethos of our property management business.

BBQing or relaxing on the deck with such a magnificent backdrop is spiritual and serene. Meanwhile an endless selection of adventures surround you in every direction. Restaurants, shops and entertainment are just blocks away while the home sits on the edge of a mesa unobstructed and the Lake and the Colorado are just minutes away. The RIM trail is immediately adjacent to the property. Spectacular views, in an awesome desert setting, in a luxurious home in a great location says it all!
