Be one of our FIRST guests! Everything is new in this new Old Town Scottsdale listing including the private backyard pool! Enjoy a relaxing weekend, or longer, with everything you need including bikes for touring around Old Town. We'll even do the legwork to stock the refrigerator for you so you're ready to settle in upon arrival. Walking distance to groceries, coffee, restaurants, Scottsdale Stadium and more! Scottsdale Fashion Square, Talking Stick Casino, ASU, the Phoenix Zoo and amazing spas and dining are all nearby too!
Your family and/or travel companions will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen stocked with your morning coffee of course, high-speed wifi and cable TV, comfortable spacious bedrooms, indoor & outdoor dining accommodations, an amazing covered patio and outdoor kitchen with a sparkling private pool!!! Did we mention everything is brand new??! Be the first to enjoy it all!
We strive to make your stay the best in the area, but we do have some requests to help us keep our property in the best condition it can be for all future guests:
- No smoking, please and thank you.
- No pets, while we'd all love to travel with our furry friends, we want to make sure we keep allergens out of the property so it can be comfortable for everyone.
- Must be at least 25 years old to book - your mom and dad will thank us on this one.
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in - for your safety as well as ours.
- Additional fees and taxes may apply - need something? We'll help provide it and let you know if it's going to cost additional or not ahead of time.
