3BR/2BA Two king suites with spa-style baths and walk-in closets, one queen guest room, and a sofa bed
Max 6 Adults
Optional heated pool ($70.20 per night for the entirety of the stay)
Not gonna lie, the hot tub is on the smaller side, fits maybe two average-sized adults comfortably
Has an awesome fire pit, a putting green, an outdoor living room, and a built-in BBQ for Carne Asada
Open layout with stocked kitchen, big TV, workspace, and indoor/outdoor dining under the AZ sky.
Close to Old Town, Kierland, top golf, Spring Training, and major Scottsdale events.
Quiet hours 9pm–8am. Smoke-free.
No parties without approval. Damage protection included. A/C must stay at 70°+.

A wonderful rental. We are from New England and have rented via VRBO many times, but previously only on the east coast, and this was our first southwestern rental. There is no way we could have rented a property this nice on the east coast at this price - the cost would have been two or three times what we paid. If we find ourselves in the Scottsdale area again (and we hope to do so), we will absolutely rent this place again if available.

The location was new to us, but really liked it. It was close to grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Loved the pool. The layout worked great for 2 couples. Each couple had a king bed and bathroom separated by the living areas

The best!

We absolutely loved everything about this property. The location was perfect to all the fun things to do! The beds were extremely comfortable also. The pool and hot tub were also perfect! We will definitely be back!

30th Birthday!

Great little hideaway for an all girls trip. Hosts were very accommodating and answered any questions we had. Pool was clean and perfect when you are not used to that kind of heat!

Wonderful, cozy home and excellent host!

This was a long weekend in a perfect spot! Pool was just right and hot tub was relaxing. Home was clean and had everything we needed. Location was convenient and the host was super responsive and informative. Would stay here again!

The pool was great but a railing to get in & out is needed. Also, the outdoor furniture could stand a good cleaning and/or replaced.We were unable to use the ceiling fan in the living room because the remote was missing - we did advise them & they were going to work on that & hopefully get it taken care of for the next guests.Also, the plug for one of the bathroom drains was missing. That seemed odd & not sure how the cleaning crew would not have noticed that. We did not mention that as it really wasn’t a big deal.Overall, it was a really nice place!

Great Stay

The property was great and was the perfect location. Was easy to visit everything in Scottsdale. We paid to have the pool heated and it was the perfect temperature. Hot tub worked but is quite small. Overall great stay with no hiccups.

A beautiful home away from home. Beds were comfortable and the little extras were great. Don't go for groceries until you check it out. Paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, dish cubes, and laundry soap were provided. We enjoyed the pool everyday! Quiet neighborhood. Management company was quick to respond.Go, enjoy it

Phoenix family trip

We had a great time and the place was clean and well kept. It was a great place and the kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Communication with the property manager was fantastic. We would recommend this spot to anyone!

Overall wonderful

Great stay overall! They were quick to respond to messages and help us with the couple little things that came up. Heating the pool does cost an extra 70 a day which we did not realize. The hot tub is a little small but that’s about all I have negative to say at all! We will be back!

This house had everything we needed, great communication, check in was easy. Loved the backyard, the pool was fantastic. We enjoyed the hot tub and the golfing. Would definitely stay here again!
