Beautiful vacation rental home, professionally decorated in Tuscan style, offering a spacious 2365 sq ft, 4 bedrooms with a master suite and a junior master bedroom, 3 full bathrooms, front courtyard, kitchen with polished travertine counters, 2 breakfast bar islands with bar stools, newer refrigerator, dining area with a large table, pantry, huge family room with sofa, love seat, oversized chair & ottoman, 2 club chairs & table, 65" TV with cable TV, WIFI, master suite with a TV, patio door to the backyard, master bathroom with a walk in shower & separate soaking tub, jr. master suite has a 43" TV and it's own full bathroom, large .33 acre yard private resort style backyard, sparkling pool & spa (spa available to heat only in the winter months-at your cost for propane. You must notify the property manager at time of booking if you wish to heat the spa. An additional $250 deposit will be collected. The cost is $25 per hour to heat the spa, NO POOL HEAT) A margarita table & umbrella, baja shelf, cool decking, full width solid patio cover with ceiling fans to keep you cool, alumawood lattice patio cover with LED string lighting, stainless steel BBQ, comfortable patio furniture, located in a quiet culdesac with sidewalks and curbs, nicely landscaped yards. NO ACCESS OF THE GARAGE/NOT AVAILABLE. Be sure to ask about the RV (no hook ups) parking for size to verify if your RV/Boats will fit (8 feet wide side parking). Security cameras are on the exterior of the property for security purposes. (front, side of the garage, & front door) The air conditioner is kept behind a lock box and is set to 76 degrees. Please be sure and bring ice as the kitchen icemaker is not producing. Located close to the new Havasu Riviera launch ramp. Once you rent here you will keep coming back.

Beautiful Escape

Large clean home in a nice neighborhood hood about 10 minutes from Windsor Boat launch! All amenities were provided and the property manager Kelli was very welcoming and promptly responded to any questions we had during our stay.

Best rental experience ever!

This is the very first time I have rented a home where the actual home is even better than the pictures present. The house was the cleanest home I have ever rented, the amenities were way beyond our expectations and our host was incredible every single step of the way (before and after our stay)! I have rented several homes in Havasu for family vacations and this one is the best by far. This is our first choice home if it's available when we go back to Havasu.

Lovely Home

The photos do not do the home justice and we loved how close the grocery store was to the home. Walking in the home it is very spacious/open living room next to the kitchen. There was plenty of room for my in-laws, my immediate family, and our two babies. I’m big on comfortable beds and I thought beds were definitely comfy in the home. Back yard was also very spacious I really enjoyed the fact that we were able to control the temperature of the spa ourselves instead of having to contact property manager every time. Speaking of property management, Kelli was honestly Amazing and had no problem responding to any of our requests. The only thing I mentioned is the fact that we were not able to control thermostats in home which did get pretty warm in the mornings and through the night. We did request the owner to turn down the temperature and they did in the evening but it kinda sucked not being able to sleep and having to open windows at night. Hopefully that changes but we would definitely stay at this home again.

Great house

We had 2 sets of parents and 4 teens. Great house for a group our size. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Lots of amenities too. The pool was also great. Close to grocery store, and the new marina.

Beautiful Lake Havasu Home

This was my first time visiting Lake Havasu and using Vrbo and my experience was amazing. Kelli the host is an amazing host, she's friendly, welcoming, communicative, and everything else you'd want in a host. The home itself is beautiful and amazing as well. My family and I all had our own personal space. It had everything we needed and more. I look forward to visiting and staying at Kelli's home in the future. I highly recommend her and her home. From my family and I, thank you for letting us stay in your home!

The Barajas family vacation

My family and I visited Lake Havasu for the 1st time and completely enjoyed every minute of it. The home is great for family of 10, very clean and had all we needed for our spring break vacation. The back yard is amazing and relaxing! We look forward to going back and staying at this beautiful home once again!

Lake Havasu Experience

The property was located a short distance from the London Bridge and the main tourist attractions of the area. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful and made returning to the house after a long day of site seeing a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Quiet Neighborhood

Our family of 10 were very comfortable staying at this beautiful, clean home. Very quiet, safe neighborhood on a culdesac. Large family room for all to gather in with plenty of seating. Roku worked great. Easy access to grocery store. We enjoyed meeting Kelli. She was prompt with our check in and questions. We would definetely stay here again.

Excellent Thanksgiving Getaway

The house was wonderful! Kelli was great and took care of all the little details. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner. We enjoyed hiking in the Lake Havasu area and visiting the London Bridge.

Nice relaxing stay

The house was very clean and spacious. had plenty of room for three grandparents, three teens and my wife and I. We all not only had a nice open shared space for all of us but had plenty of of space for ourselves. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the pool, but we did enjoy the hot tub quite a bit.
