BOOKING for Spring/ Summer. A must stay! 1 mile from the Famous London Bridge

A MUST stay!!! 1 mile to the famous London Bridge. Whether entertaining friends or family, or just enjoying some quiet time to relax and enjoy time away from everyday life, you will LOVE this home.
This beautiful, enviting 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has a open floor plan, lake view and a private backyard and even a sparkling pool w/shelf for relaxing and sunbathing. This home has a split floor plan. The master bedroom has a king size bed and 55" flat screen. Both guest bedrooms have king size beds the 46" flat screens. Feel free to bring a air mattress for no more than 2 addl. guests.
The great room offers an open space w/plenty of room and plenty of seating and a 70" flat screen with surround sound...also on the back patio has music as well. All TV's have firesticks for streaming. WIFI available of course! 1 car garage parking.
When summertime is over, relax in the calming hot tub (heated and included in the rent).
Please note: We do have security cameras around the entire exterior of the home. ( front door, front garage, one on each side of the house and 4 in the backyard). These cameras are used for liability purposes and occasional occupany if needed.

Verry enjoyable trip!

The property was spotless and exactly as described. Kelli was incredibly attentive—from booking to arrival, she met us at the home for a tour and answered all our questions. When a minor issue came up during our stay, she responded immediately, even though it was late at night, and had it resolved by the next morning. If you want a hassle-free stay in a beautiful home with a great pool and a host who truly cares, this is the place.

Lake Havasu Vacation

Wonderful place we stayed two weeks. Close to everything in area, especially London Bridge, less then two miles, could walk if wanted to. Enjoyed outdoor area, lovely view of lake and mountains from front porch. Comfortable home, everything we needed for our two week stay - loved the sofa. Would stay again if in the area.

Great House very quite neighborhood.

Everything you need was there. Just recommend throughly inspecting house with host first night and take pictures. Any issues were resolve right away.

Lovely House

We had a great stay. The living area is nice and large. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. We utilized the backyard area several times. We had everything we needed. The space felt very clean. The host was very responsive. This will be the first place we look up on our return trip to Havasu. Thank you!

Good time in Havasu

The property is fantastic, everything as advertised. I have seen previous comments about the cameras. The cameras were no bother to us and we were notified of their presence. Kelli, the property manager, was friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub are great. All the rooms were comfortable. Everything you need to have a relaxing stay.

The perfect house for a quiet getaway in the sun

We had a great time staying here! The house and yard are beautifully decorated and were absolutely immaculate. The pictures don't do it justice - especially the pic of the lake view. It was very pleasant to sit on the front porch and enjoy the view. The house was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. On the day we arrived, after being there for a few hours, we realized the a/c was set a bit cold for our comfort. One quick text to Kelli and it was promptly turned up a bit for us and we felt quite comfortable the rest of the week. It is a roughly 5 minute drive (we didn't clock it) down to London Bridge where there are lots of restaurants and shops and great walking paths along the lake/channel. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much Ferlin, Larae and Kelli!

Overall experience

It was a beautiful home. I would have liked to have had more basic amenities. Toilet paper, paper towels, basic condimenrd, cleaning products etc. We don't mind buying these things but it's so nice to have the basics. We left a bunch of things and future renter could use them or not. Also the temp was ok but being from a relatively cold area, the heat is a lot for us.. A few touch cool would gave been amazing, especially at night( when sleeping). Overall its a fantastic property.
