About this property

Stunning View, Top Floor, 2 King Beds, Luxury!

Our family's personal getaway which we are happy to share with you. A spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo featuring two king beds & a full kitchen with over 1,200 square feet of room to relax in. Located just minutes off the 76 strip right in the heart of Branson, with all the excitement and activity of the area just a short walk or drive. When you're done with the fun, you can return to the peaceful Thousand Hills golf resort. Wifi, laundry and a fully stocked kitchen are all included.

The spacious living room has vaulted ceilings and a 55-inch smart TV and a queen-size pull-out sofa which can sleep 2. Our condo is the top floor, so no neighbors above you. It is up one flight of stairs from the parking lot.

The primary suite also has vaulted ceilings and a king-sized bed. With a built-in window seat and a 42-inch smart TV, you may not want to leave! The primary bath has a new walk-in shower in 2022, new vanity and mirrors in 2022, new fixtures and lights in 2018, and a walk-in closet.

The second suite also has a king-sized bed and a 42-inch smart TV. It is adjacent to its own, separate full bathroom with a tub and shower. Lights and fixtures were also updated here in 2018.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities of home, so you can cook whatever you desire. There’s both a dining table and bar seating available. All brand new stainless steel appliances in 2018 and brand new cabinets in 2025.

The private back patio has a teak loveseat and 2 chairs for ultimate relaxation with a beautiful view of the golf course.

A full-size washer and dryer are provided in the unit for your convenience.

The saltwater pool (open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend) is mere steps away.

The entire home is yours. Just let us know if you need anything!

Our condo is perfect for a weekend getaway, a week-long retreat, for family, business, golf, shopping, and of course for Branson's famous entertainment. Look no further--we've got everything you need for whatever your purpose is for visiting our fantastic region.

We loved our stay! The condo was beautiful and we felt like we were at home. The beds were very comfortable and the atmosphere was beautifully decorated for the holiday's. We would highly recommend staying at The Greens. This condo is located near many attractions and if you enjoy walking its a perfect workout. Our host Cheryl made sure that we had a wonderful vacation and when we arrived she had a welcome snack waiting on the kitchen counter. Thank you so much for opening up your place for others to enjoy. You made us feel very welcomed.

Condo was in excellent condition and very lovely. A terrific place to stay. Host was easily accessible via email. Next time, however, we will look for a ground level condo as this particular one required carrying our luggage up a flight of stairs. I certainly would recommend this facility.

We had great communication with our hosts. The apartment was decorated nicely and was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything necessary to cook. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. As a bonus they had a massage chair which was great after a full day of activities. The apartment had a nice view and was close to activities. There were 2 couples and each bedroom had a bathroom so everyone had privacy.We would highly recommend this apartment and stay there again !

The kitchen was well equipped but we really didn’t cook. Our bed and pillows were comfortable. Plenty of towels. No Kleenex in the main bathroom, but good supply of toilet paper. Nice balcony and roomy dining and living room.

We enjoyed the stay and location.

The only issue was what seemed to be high humidity, towels and clothing in the room felt damp. Otherwise it was a great stay, and we would come back again.
