'Forever Mary' 'In Seaside' 150 ft from Tupelo St. beach pavillon

'Forever Mary' is located in Seaside on 25 Tupelo Street within 50 feet of beach access. Tupelo Street has it own Private Beach area. Keep this in mind when looking for the right house, 'If you are not close to the beach, you are not close to the beach!' You will not want to go home once you experience the relaxing atmosphere of Seaside.
Put your car keys away and enjoy the benefit of staying in Seaside. You can walk or bike if you like to everything in Seaside. Whatever your pleasure, a day at the beach (only 100 yards), watch the sun set at the Tupelo Pavilion (the most photographed place in Seaside), walk to one of the 3 pools, (have lunch delivered to you as you relax by the family pool), shop, enjoy a live play, movie, or music at the Amphitheater, tennis, bike on the nearby bike trails, have dinner at one of the many restaurants, stroll the artist colony and the many art galleries, unwind in the fitness center, or just lose yourself in the swing or rocking chairs on the large screened porch.

Our home features 4 bedrooms and 4 baths (3 are private). 3 bedrooms are on the main level, along with the open great room and dining room with high ceilings, large kitchen and large screened porch (additional dining table on the porch). Upstairs bedroom has private bath, TV and balcony overlooking Seaside and the Blue Gulf waters. Each bedroom has a closet and chest of drawers for your convenience. After enjoying a day at the beach you can shower in the private outdoor/indoor shower. To keep you in touch with reality there is WiFi.

It is one of the original houses built in Seaside (updated in 2016). You will feel right at home with the large open spaces designed for larger families. We have made it our 'home away from home' and hope you will enjoy it as much as our family and friends have over the years.

Great house - Great spot

We loved staying at Forever Mary. We particularly enjoyed starting our mornings with coffee, swinging on the porch and ending our days laughing at the same spot. The walk to the beach was so fast and is fabulous when you’re packing for seven people! The walk to town is such an easy walk too. The house is in a perfect spot to enjoy all things Seaside (and beyond)! We will be a repeat visitor.

Forever Mary was a delight to stay in! Very quaint and roomy —and super close to the beach! Well equipped kitchen, beautiful porch and nice big, square table we could all sit at for meals and games. Communication with the host was easy, and the one time we needed a handyman for a fan, he was there in no time. Would stay again!

Nothing beats the location of Forever Mary being steps away from the beach and three blocks from the action of the town square. We loved the layout of the house and there was a surprise king bed in one of the rooms (thought it was only going to have queens! We will definitely try to rent this one again.

We loved our stay at Forever Mary. It is perfectly located close to the beach and town center, and a short walk to the fitness center and adult pool. It was comfortable and clean. The bathroom in the king bedroom was a little small, but the adjacent hall bath, shared with the 2nd bedroom, has a nice counter and drawers. We were glad not to need the upstairs bedroom bc it was much hotter than the downstairs (although we did visit during a hot week in August.) Kitchen was updated and well-stocked. Furnishings in the den and on the porch were perfect for our group of five adults. The host communicated well and was very helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

The location of this property is the absolute best!! It was so close to the square that we didn’t even bother getting the bikes out. We walked everywhere. Also the private beach is literally across the street and was amazing! The house had plenty of room and was equipped with everything needed for a perfect beach stay!!

Forever Mary is in a perfect location in seaside. Just walk across the street to the beach. The family home is so welcoming, with large screened in porch, bright roomy kitchen, and large family/dining area. The owner could not be more accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend this jewel!

Wonderful rental

We had a wonderful time staying at "Forever Mary". We had two families of 4 each (a total of 8 people) and had plenty of room. The kitchen is updated and gorgeous. Kids were able to walk to the town center and see a movie on the lawn and the 4th of July parade was awesome. The front screened porch was a favorite in the evening for the kids to play board games. The reservation was easy to coordinate. Thank you for sharing your wonderful family home with us. One note: we did discover after we arrived that there is a only one authorized vendor permitted to set up rental beach chairs and umbrellas for Seaside beach and we had reserved with a different company (which was not allowed).

Forever Mary is our absolute favorite Seaside Rental!

We’ve stayed in several different houses in Seaside over the years and Forever Mary is by far our favorite! The proximity to the beach access was awesome! I was concerned the size of the house might be on the small side but it was not at all small. The layout was well done. The bedrooms were spread out, everyone had their own bath. Never did we feel crowded with 6 adults in this home. The location to the square w/ all the food trucks, restaraunts and shopping was good. We could easily walk to the square, the exercise gym, pools etc. the large screen porch was a delight. We sat out there every morning and every evening. The only negative is the one bedroom upstairs was on the warm side. We had to keep the air down low which made the downstairs cold to keep that one bedroom comfortable. It certainly wouldn’t stop me from going back to this precious house though! We can’t wait to get back to Forever Mary!

Forever Memories made at “Forever Mary”

First time in Seaside for our family beach vacay and it did not disappoint! Forever Mary is the perfect location to the private beach entrance/area for those on Tupelo Street and to the town square. The home is cozy with a open concept feel in the den/eating/kitchen area for our family of 10 which made it feel like home. We enjoyed the porch area especially early in the morning having coffee and late evening relaxing with cocktails. Communication with Rich was excellent, what a jewel his family has and we are glad we were able to experience our first time in Seaside at their family home.

Great family get away

Prompt communication which helped us prepare for our first time to Seaside. The location of the property was wonderful and we appreciated being able to use the beach chairs and bikes. The layout of the home worked great for our group as well- I especially loved sitting on the porch and reading as well as playing games as a family at the large table.

Loved everything about this stay, especially the location. The house is charming and Rich was very informative before and during the stay. Perfect proximity to the beach where our daughter and her newborn could easily come to the house to nurse The tent rules on the beach are a little whacky took an entire week to put up in the correct location but that’s the only minor issue. “Walk to the beach barefoot”

Forever Mary is legit! If you get a chance don’t think just book it! Perfect location we walked everywhere. They had absolutely everything we needed! We had great communication with the property manager. My only suggestion would be to add mattress pads they are good mattresses just VERY FIRM. It was hard to get comfortable. Other than that the porch is great for early morning devotions and quiet time and the kitchen is very spacious!

Why they chose this property

My late parents were one of the first homeowner's in Seaside. We have enjoyed every minute at the house for 40 years. Sitting on the large front porch on the swing reading a book while the rain patters off the metal roof. We now honor our late little sister Mary.

What makes this property unique

Our house is located at 25 Tupelo Street, the 2nd house on the left from Hwy 30A. From the front porch it is only 150 feet to the beautiful Tupelo beach pavilion. We are a 4 minute walk to the center of Seaside, but far enough away from the traffic.
