Wonderful Home in Seagrove!

We loved every minute of our stay here because of this wonderful home--we enjoyed the large kitchen and pool and it is steps from the beach--and the bedrooms are separate and quiet for reading and chilling out.

Perfect location

We loved the location of this house. Very short walk to both the beach and. Seaside. Owners responded quickly to every question we had. We had 6 adults and two toddlers and this house could accommodate more than that easily .

Excellent place and fantastic owners!

Perfect place to stay on 30a! Close walk to beach access and quick beautiful walk into Seaside. Pool is perfect for a small family. And we’ve never had better hosts anywhere we’ve been! Always very accommodating and I’ve never seen better communication and responsiveness. Thanks Greg and Iva! Would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Great stay

This was our first time in Seaside. The location of this home is ideal. One block from the cobblestone streets of Seaside and very walkable to lots of restaurants and shops. Public beach access is a 3 minute walk which was ideal. There's a beach wagon at the house which was great for pulling our kids and beach things. Our kids (and us) spent so many hours in the pool. House layout was nice as grandparents stayed on the main floor and our family with kids had the upper level. Of note, lots of stairs and they're windy so be careful with littles. So many fun outdoor spaces. Cupboards are not stocked with anything (coffee, spices, oils, etc) but wasn't a big deal. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend.

Bachelorette Trip

We stayed here for my bachelorette trip and loved it! We had all the info we needed from the hosts, they let us check in a couple of hours early and everything was clean.

Wonderful stay in heart of Seaside

Loved this house and the location. Within walking distance to beach and Seaside. The house is exactly as listed and worked perfectly for our family of teens. It was quiet and allowed separate area for adults and teens. Would definitely book again!

Our Second Stay Here in 2024

We love this place! Its in a perfect location between beach access and downtown shopping and food. The house offers plenty of room with great amenities. One of my favorite pools as well, kids love it, and they offer a heating option. A perfect relaxing area on the second floor with swings. Hammocks and a small putting green were great entertainment at the front of the house. At night, the lights of the house and pool offer an amazing vibe for relaxing family time. Highly recommend this place if your debating! This was our second time staying this year, and hopefully we will get to return soon!

Great Location!

This place is within walking distance to the beach and the Seaside area, so not having to worry about driving/parking was a BIG plus. The pool was nice as well!

Spring Family Vacation

This place was amazing! My family and I loved this property and all that’s included. The location is perfect for the beach and town square. The owner made everything nice and easy and was very quick to reply with any questions I had. We are already looking forward to booking this rental again next year!!

Summer getaway

Last minute booking of a beach trip turned out great. House was clean and pretty, looks even better in person than photos. Hosts were great to communicate with too. Close to seaside and beach access. 5 min to either. I will rent this house again!!

Magical Beach House!

Super cool beach house next to Seaside! We had a group of 8 in ages ranging from 12-80 and everyone enjoyed the house. It is beautiful and provides everyone with a quiet space. The pool is AMAZING and outside table perfect! Everyone enjoyed the many porches and putt putt course. We would love to stay here again. The beach was a super easy 4 minute walk and about the same time to walk to the heart of Seaside. Loved, loved the house!

Perfect Locatiom

Our stay was wonderful. Location could not have been better. Very short walk to public beach access and Seaside. Neighborhood great for morning walks. The house itself was exactly what I expected from the listing. The house was well stocked with paper goods and other necessities and the beds were very comfortable.

We had a wonderful 9 night stay - Beautiful property and pool - just as advertised. One street from Seaside which made for very easy biking. Very short (1-1/2 blks) walk to beach access. Host and Hostess were very communicative, pro-active and hospitable. This property worked very well for our family.

Perfect beach getaway

This location could not have been more perfect. Right on the edge of Seaside, this great property was 5 minutes walking to the first public beach access outside Seaside (most of not all Seaside beach access is private) and a 5-7 minute walk to downtown Seaside (that walk time is with a 4.5 and 24 month old kids). The property itself has all the amenities you would hope for including a great pool with heating capabilities. We really could not have asked for a better property for our families’ first trip to the beach.

Great location!

I would definitely recommend staying at this property! The proximity to the beach and Seaside was really convenient. You could be to both in just a matter of minutes. The neighborhood felt very safe and the property had everything we needed for a great vacation! We had a minor issue with the internet not working and it was addressed very quickly. If you want to be able to escape the busyness of seaside, yet access it super easily, this property is perfect!

Location, Location, Location!!!

This property was central to anything you’d want on 30A. Steps to the beach and seaside square. We rented a golf cart and bikes but didn’t have much need for them as we could walk nearly everywhere we wanted to visit. Since we visited during SB, the area was crowded but the neighborhood was quiet and felt removed from the SB hustle. The owner was available when there was an event that we required assistance and was very understanding about the situation. I would 100% recommend this vacation property.

Oasis in Seagrove

This home was the perfect spot for my teen girls and I to soak up time with my mom. We stayed upstairs and she had the perfect retreat on the first floor with a private living area and bathroom. The beach was super close as was Seaside but when my mom was needing a rest, we spent time in the amazing pool. Being a corner lot the pool is an oasis protected by the home, trees and street adjacent only to a home across the street with no balconies, decks or pool visible. The most private home in the neighborhood in my opinion. The putt putt was very fun! Location was amazing but the home could benefit from a no parking sign as a handful of cars parked in front of the house and at times blocked us in being such a prime location to Seaside. The house has many levels and nooks which made it super fun to experience. The main level is open concept though making it easy to connect with each other when we wanted to. The upstairs bathroom was wonderful, however as an interior designer I could see how a renovation of the space could provide for more people to utilize it at one time. This is not to say it was an inconvenience at all. I had seen a review that the bathroom was not ideal and it was very doable for our family; but a larger shower rather than a soaking tub would be nice for sharing along with a larger vanity/sink. Overall this home was perfect. I just wish the area was not so high priced. The owners were very helpful and available to communicate with from booking to checkout.

Perfect home for our family

This property was great for my family. We heated the pool and the kids loved all of the outside space. There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone, the beds and bedding were all very comfortable. The kitchen was great with all of the windows and upgraded appliances. We dined most meals in the courtyard. The walk to the beach and seaside were easier than expected. We left some electronics and Iva quickly picked them up and shipped to us. Would love to stay here again.

Location is key

Walking distance to beach and Seaside is a plus for this property. The pool was great but the house needs some TLC. Drawers pulled all the way out, only two baths, one of which was as big as a water closet. We had to rent another property for additional family as this house barely accommodated 5 adults, not the 10 as advertised. The steep winding staircase made stay for older adults difficult. While it wasn’t perfect, the location made it an easy vacation. Wouldn’t rent again but would be fine for a group of kids.

Lovely property!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was clean, well appointed, and so close to everything. It was so nice to be able to walk to get something to eat or do some shopping. The walk to the beach is an easy one as well. The home is spacious and inviting, and the neighborhood is peaceful. Iva was quick to respond the one time I had an inquiry. Easy check in and an overall great experience!
