EXCITING NEW RENOVATIONS ONGOING MARCH 2020! Chalet - 1,000 sq ft over 2 floors - sleeps up to 8 - just a few short steps to our beach on the southshore of lovely Houghton Lake. Family friendly. Watercraft and ATV rental onsite. Convenient to golf, amusement parks, shopping and restaurants. Children's play area, bonfire pit, outdoor movie theater, horseshoe pit and sand volleyball court. Some of the best fishing in the State of Michigan! *PLEASE NOTE NO PETS IN CHALETS*

Great long weekend stay.

My family of six enjoyed our stay and had plenty of space for ourselves and our dog. My only complaint would be that the mattresses were not comfortable. The manager was very helpful and friendly and available when needed. There was plenty to do in the area.

Filthy carpets / broken doors / no fire pit

The carpet was filthy and there were two broken doors. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling and was inoperable. There was no fire pit and the interior of the home was just really dated and dirty. Priced much too high for what you get. Very disappointed and our standards are in no way too high.
