Located in Cary, this 1100 square foot townhome sits on a quiet pond and is just a few minutes drive to Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, UNC, Duke, NCSU, golf courses, lakes, horseback riding, soccer parks, tennis park, cycling clubs, hiking parks, flea markets, farmers markets, the art museum and concert venues. The village of Cary has many individual upscale shops, a chocolate shop, a new movie/music theater, specialty parks, a wild animal sanctuary, organic groceries, sports supply stores, and shopping malls. I have provided a shopping/restaurant/activity/attraction ring binder guide for my visitors to help with their vacation planning. I am also enthusiastic about helping my visitors find what interests them. Keyless entry means never having to search for keys!

This 2BR/2.5BA townhome has a plush queen size bed in the huge master, a convenient ensuite, a flat screen TV, books, two large closets and mirrors ideal for yoga practice. There is a full size bed in the large second bedroom, large closet, TV, movies, and a glider rocker. Children are welcomed with toys, books, a play pal, and a changing table. The second full bath is in the hall. In the living room there's also pull-out queen bed and a half bath. Safety first with a smoke alarm, a CO2 alarm, and safety grips in the showers.

Amenities include newly updated bathrooms and kitchen,. There is a private back deck to enjoy our mild NC weather and the wildlife. I call it the Coffee Deck for your morning coffee or evening beverage. The new 40"HD Samsung SmartTV, with DVD player has a library of family-friendly DVDs for you to enjoy. WiFi access, off street parking, spa linens and towels provided.
The kitchen has a stove, an oven, a microwave, a blender, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, drip coffe pot, single cup coffee maker, clothes washer and dryer, radio, and a large bistro dinning table with an extra leaf to seat 10.
Ideal for small families, reunions with grandchildren, corporate groups, graduation trips, relocation research, sports competitions, retreat from remodeling chaos, concert weekends, a romantic getaway or maybe just a relaxing vacation away that feels just like home.

My home sits in a quiet, well landscaped neighborhood adjacent to RTP, State Government and nearby Duke, UNC, and NC State as well as regional medical centers. 5 minutes to I-40. Morrisville and Apex are adjacent towns and fun to visit. Parks, swimming pools, golf courses, soccer parks and horsebacking riding are close by, as well as the weekly Flea Market and twice a week Cary farmer's market. There is fun for everyone.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

105 Rosebrooks Dr is 5 blocks from the village of Cary and 3 miles from Prestonwood Country Club. The village has nice lunch spots, antique and consignment stores, a chocolate shop, and upscale retail. There are several shopping malls close by, upscale grocery stores such as Trader Joe's, Whole Foods and Earth Fare, and lots of international restaurants, such as The Bosphorus (Russian), 20 Indian restaurants, Chinese, Italian, American, Southern, and Greek. I have a directory in my townhome with menus and a restaurant guide. The NC Art Museum in Raleigh has wonderful exhibits and is a LEEDS building. The Predator Preservation Trust in Pittsboro has all five big cats for you to enjoy. The NC Zoo is in Asheboro. The flea market is at the fairgrounds in Raleigh, about 5 miles away. There are numerous concerts in Cary, Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill with national headliners and lots of jazz clubs. There is also a wonderful comedy stage in Raleigh. There is a soccer park in Cary, and golf courses, gyms, tennis clubs, swimming clubs, hiking parks, cycling groups, and family activies.

Owner info

Year Purchased: 2007

About the owner: I am a symphony oboist and have travelled to most of North Carolina, so I am happy to tell you about our state. Cary is a wonderful quiet family oriented town to stay in. Please ask me about farmers markets, pools, parks and museums. There is a visitor looseleaf notebook on the kitchen table filled with pamphlets and maps. I am here to assist you for a comfortable stay. I grew up in Grand Rapids Michigan and graduated from the University of Michigan. A worldwide traveler, I have many mementos of my travels in the townhome, so my foreign visitors can feel right at home. There is a changing table and a high chair for the little ones, as well as movies, plush toys and storybooks.
