HEATING AND AIR: This is an old system that uses a boiler/chiller to push hot or cold water to a fan coil inside an exchange unit in the condo. The exchange unit blows hot or cold air off of the fan coil into the room. An exchange unit is located below the windows in every room. The plates on top of the exchange unit can be flipped up to regulate the hot or cold air fan speed. The system is limited to hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air. When it is unseasonably hot or cold fans or space heaters can be provided upon request.
WASHER AND DRYER: ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.
ANIMALS: are not allowed, per HOA
PARKING: Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
Check in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hours concierge available to check you in and direct you to the room. Keyless entry to the unit. Key fabs available in order to freely enter and exit the building after check in. I am always contactable for anything you need, please use the airbnb app for messages to guarantee delivery.
You are right in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. The Neighborhood is referred to as the Hotel District. Why would you stay at a hotel when you could stay here!? It is perfect for business travelers, those attending corporate functions or exhibitions. For the sports traveler, the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta Hawks are a walk away. The World of Coco Cola, Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium, Georgia State University and CNN are your neighbors. Your in the Middle of Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations. Around a 5 minute walk to either.
You have access to the entire condo. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home. Laundry is on the bottom floor of the building.
