Affordable Home Perfect for 4-5

We really enjoyed our time at this property. Easy walk to the beach and not along bike ride to Seaside. Probably more of a drive. Very clean and no surprises. Just the way we like it! We will be back!

great stay for 4 adults, 1500 steps to the water

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend, 2023. We were 4 adults, 2 couples. This house is very nice and comfy for 4. I'd say not more than 4, though, seating is limited. It's across the street from the pool, small and quiet and has barbecue grills. We walked 1500 steps from our door to the water, about 3 blocks. This public beach entrance does not offer golf cart parking so you really have to walk this one. There is golf cart parking at an entrance further away (note: the house does not provide a golf cart). This house is clean and everything works great. The kitchen has everything you need. I do recommend this house for a party of 4.

This home was wonderful and located in a perfect spot. The owners were also wonderful to work with. Could not have been a better vacation! The only thing we could mention is a couple minor details the cleaning crew missed. But nothing major and we will certainly be back.

Perfect for small family

This is a great house and it’s perfect for a small family. Great location. Easily walk to the beach if your not carrying too much. The oven didn’t work and the front burners also did not work but everything else was great.

Nice, small, and quaint for a small family

Wonderful atmosphere! There is a distance to walk to the beach and multiple stairs once you get there, so difficult to carry to much. Not enough seating in the house if it’s not just a two people with two small children. Other than that, the pool is super close, the place is adorable!!!!!
