Great location and price

The place was close to everytthing - restaurants, beach etc. , nice amenities and very affordable. The pool was nice to have as well.

Fun at The Beach

Loved the house! Perfect for our family & friend of 4 and our small dog! Short walk to the public beach. The house was just us as pictured -very clean, organized. No complaints. Pool very close and nice.

Perfect Cottage

Elsie's Cove was set up wonderfully! Kitchen with amenities, nice place to eat, living space with a TV/games, nice bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all clean and tidy. The beach accesses were close by, it was near restaurants and shopping, and nicely located for the activities that we wanted to do. We didn't take advantage of it, but the pool looked inviting too.

house was clean and well equipped . problem basic cable , no house was clean and equipped . problem was a very messy backyard, no grass and covered with weeds . TV with Direct TV had only basic channels. Couldn't watch football with no ESPN or golf. ESPN

Great vacation

Enjoyed this cottage. Convenient location with beach access right beside the Tom Thumb. Unit was clean, and it had all the basics. Comfortable bed. Quiet location. Good for riding bikes or walking. Small fenced in backyard was helpful for traveling with a pet.

Bungalow at Seagrove

Perfect walk to the beach. We didn't cook but the kitchen seemed well-equipped. The pillows need to be replaced. Overall, the bungalow was very attractive and a perfect place to relax.

Wonderful Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Elsie's Cove. The place was just perfect for our family of four. The open-concept kitchen/dining room/family room suited us for meals/game nights and movie nights. The location is a quick and easy 3-minute bike ride to the beach or about a 10-minute walk. Having bikes delivered to our doorstep (awaiting our arrival) was incredibly convenient. The pool was just a few steps from our door, and despite its close proximity, we didn't hear when kids were splashing around in it. So, that was a big plus. I will say, however, that the pool is small, and probably better suited for younger kids (under 10). This would not impact my decision to return as we were there for the beach anyway! It was also very convenient to have our own driveway/parking spot and a stand-alone rental property. This little community of approximately 20 (?) bungalows would be perfect for multiple families who wish to vacation together, while still maintaining some privacy. In addition, the communication with Emerald Coast Vacation Rentals was very easy and Justin was quick to respond to any questions we had. All in all, a wonderful place, location, and value.

Great Place

Wonderful place - very clean, well kept. Kitchen stocked with lots of different items so if you want to cook at home, you're able to. About 5 min walk from nearest beach. Would definitely recommend

Modest Beach House

Property was great for a family with children or couples. Convenient location near a beach access. Only negative would be the surrounding geography. A run down storage area has to be passed each day. Also the yard could be a bit more useful with better landscaping. Especially in the back yard. Otherwise a delightful rent.

Great location

This place was well worth the cost for our family. The only suggestions would be to be a little more clear in the emails about stuff the house does not have. Things like dish soap and sponges. Also, a way to lock the door from the inside would be great for those of us with young kids. Tip: you'll want to do your grocery shopping before you get to town. Publix was really expensive. Otherwise, the location is great, the house had plenty room for our family of four and we had a great time.

Great house!

I would highly recommend this house. It is spacious, open and so nicely decorated. It was perfect for our vacation. We loved the convenient location and how close we were to the beach. I would rent this house again for sure!

A lovely little bungalow

Easy drive or bike ride to Seaside. Easy walk to beach. House was set-up well, clean, and attractively remodeled. We will definitely stay here again. Had a little issue with the keyless system but the management company took care of it remotely and immediately. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

I LOVED our stay! Everything was obviously brand new. The pool (October booking) was essentially a private pool. The California King bed in the master is beyond comfortable. We loved the included beach rentals and bikes. The home is in the perfect location. You can bike to Seaside or Rosemary Beach. Short drive to PCB (15 minutes).
