If you like great peace and relaxation, located 1/2 hour from ocean beaches, near Biscarosse and Mimizan lakes, Landes golf courses, 1 hour from the Basque Coast and Bordeaux, all shops in Labouheyre unless 10 kms (nearest station), our house, typically Landes dating from 1870 will fulfill all your dreams.
Renovated in 2014, it consists on the ground floor of a living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen open to a dining room for 10 people, as well as a bedroom with private bathroom (bath, shower and separate WC). An office, a laundry room and an entrance with separate WC complete the ground floor.
Upstairs, 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 2 WCs.
In all, 10 new 80X200 beds.
The house is in the middle of an airial of 4500 square meters, decorated with an open barn (possibility of taking meals for 10 people) overlooking a heated swimming pool of 8X4, secured by an electric shutter.
