Beautiful detached house recently renovated, bright and quiet on the edge of the forest and 5 minutes walk from the lake of Parentis en Born/ Biscarosse. The house is classified 4* in the category "Meublés de Tourisme".

It is located on an enclosed plot of 900 m2 and served by a dead-end road that leads to the lake.

Many activities possible on site or nearby:
- Very nice walks or bike rides from home; the Vélodyssée passes 500 m away.
- The supervised beach of Gastes, ideal for children, can be reached in 10 minutes by bike by a magnificent cycle path or by car in 3 minutes. The ocean and its beaches of Mimizan and Biscarosse are about 20 km away. The Arcachon Bay is 45 minutes away.
- The Lake of Biscarrosse-Parentis is very famous for its populations of white fish, carp and carnivores. It offers a remarkable fishing site and many fishing routes,
- Boat rental (with or without licence), pedal boats, canoe/kayak, windsurfers etc... on the lake,
- Surfing, corn maze, tree climbing, golf, spas, aquapark, seaplane museum etc...

Parentis en Born which has all shops and amenities is only 8 km away. You also have a small supermarket in Gastes (with daily fresh bread) as well as bars and restaurants.

The 170 m2 house offers 1 large cathedral living room with fireplace and open kitchen, 5 bright bedrooms (3 bedrooms with 140 bed + 1 bedroom with 160 bed + 1 bedroom with 3 beds of 90x190: 1 bunk bed and single bed), 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower, a laundry room and 3 toilets, 1 of which is independent. A cot for baby (without sheets) and a high chair are at your disposal.

It is fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, TV, Wifi, DVD player, oven, microwave, induction hob, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, barbecue, garden furniture, shaded pergola....

For moments shared with family or friends, you can enjoy a real table football and a ping-pong table. We also have books, board games and DVDs available.

The house has a large bicycle room that locks as well as private parking for 4 cars.

On the day of your arrival the beds will be made and towels will be made available to you. The house will be heated (underfloor heating), with the possibility of making fireplaces, for the periods that require it.

A deposit of €1000 will be required upon arrival.
