Great Home In The Las Sendas Community Of Mesa

This beautiful home is sure to make your visit to the Valley of the Sun more enjoyable! The property is near the 202 making Sky Harbor and Gateway airports minutes away.

Take the 202 into the greater Phoenix metropolitan area for entertainment, sporting events and shopping. If you want to enjoy the natural beauty of the Sonoran Desert this location is perfect for that too. While hiking and biking trails are found right here in Las Sendas, you are also just a short drive from the Salt River, Saguaro Lake and Usery State Park.

You can find lots of things to do right here in Las Sendas to entertain the whole Family! There are two pools (one is heated) basketball courts, play grounds, volleyball, tennis courts and pickle ball courts too! At the Trailhead Athletic Club and spa ,you can work out or take a yoga class. Massages and facials are also available.

If you're a golfer you'll find several golf courses in the area, but the Las Sendas Golf Course is the one you don't want to miss. This beautiful Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed course is awesome!! Right next door to the golf pro shop is Bogey's Steakhouse and the award- winning Patio Grille. You won't want to miss dining here! And it's also a perfect location to watch a spectacular Arizona sunset! There are lots of great restaurants and grocery stores nearby, some within walking distance.

After a day of fun, return to the peaceful quiet of your vacation home. Use the dining room for a more formal meal or cook out on the grill and eat on the patio! If it's a chilly desert night you might want to have a fire in the fire pit. It's a great place for conversation with friends and family! End your evening with a movie on the 55" TV or maybe watch a movie on the 55" TV in the master bedroom.

A well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture and a cozy bedroom (2 with king beds,1 with a queen) will make you feel right at home!

Our best rental experience yet.

This home far exceeded our expectations. It was well equipped, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. Las Sendas is a wonderful area to be. We only wish it was available to rent again next year.

Beautiful community, good location

Home is located in a beautiful quiet community in the foothills. Less than 2 miles from Tonto National Forest with miles of great hiking. Winding sidewalks made for great dog walks. Great backyard with covered patio. We had plenty of room when friends came to stay with us. Owners were very responsive to questions and check-in was seamless. As a long term renter would have liked a reading lamp in living room, more hand towels, a laundry basket, and set of pots which do not have scratched non-stick surface.

Amazing place and extremely clean.

After a long ride, we finally arrived at this VRBO. We were elated by the cleanliness of this spacious house and the comfort of the bed. Susan was always very prompt when we had a question, texting back to us right away. The towels were plentiful and the back yard patio was very relaxing. We will definitely stay here again… A+++

Ironman Weekend

We have spent a lot of time in the Valley of the Sun, and particularly like East Mesa. This was our first time in this home, and loved it. Very clean, well decorated with high quality furnishings (one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in), great kitchen items, and I love the gas stove. We enjoyed sitting out on the back patio - lovely setting, and very peaceful. Lastly, the host (Susan) was so helpful, kind, and responsive. Thank you Susan! I highly recommend this home.

Weekend stay

We were only at the property for a couple of days because my sons had a soccer tournament in the area. The house was beautiful and had a very nice outdoor area to relax. Unfortunately we did not have a chance to visit the neighborhood pool. Communication was great- Susan really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and able to focus on the soccer tournament. There were 4 adults and 2 children (my sister and her partner also joined us) and the house felt very spacious. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Property

This property is perfect in all aspects including the area, layout of the house, the furnishings, cleanliness, and the receptiveness of the hosts. Susan is a wonderful host and is readily available for any questions. She even irons her pillowcases! Highly recommend this property without hesitation. Can't wait to stay again.

The perfect place to stay in Phoenix!

If you are looking for a beautiful home in one of the most beautiful parts of the Valley of the Sun then this is the place. The house is exactly as advertised, clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, conveniently located to all the things you will need during your stay. Susan could not have been nicer and has everything organized for your stay. If you are coming to Phoenix stay here - you will enjoy every minute!!

Amazing, Awesome, Excellent home to stay in!!

The home was AWESOME! It was like stepping into a brand new home. Clean and Spacious. Interior decorating spectacular. Nice, quiet, gated neighborhood. Friendly people all around. Susan and Dan A+ hosts. They personalized our arrival by putting out some goodies and even some goodies for our dog! They are the real deal. Answered any questions or concerns we had very promptly......no problems whatsover. We would rent from them again without any hesitation! Don't even think twice about not renting this house, if it is even close to what you are wanting. You won't regret it. We didn't want to leave. Oh yeah, and if you like to grill......the grill outside is great! Cooked chicken, brats and burgers on it. It made me look like a real chef. They had all the tools to grill with also. I HIGHLY recommend this home and the hosts......without ANY reservation.

Amazing property and host!

This is definitely a 5 Star property with a 5 Star host. This home is clean, in a safe neighborhood, surrounded by Arizona beauty AND great restaurants, grocery stores, and other convivences. You won't be disappointed!!!

Super convenient condo in Mesa’s Las Sendas neighborhood

Susan is an experienced host who owns a really nice condo at the base of the Las Sendas development in a gated community. She has outfitted her condo really nicely and you can tell she wants you to not only enjoy your stay but take advantage of the area. Many nice restaurants and golf courses nearby. The kitchen a super well equipped. No running to the store for paper towels, ziplocks, etc. It’s all there. She also lives in the area as well so is available if needed. It was just perfect for us. Great property, wonderful communication

Host was great with communication and the home was very clean and even had sticky notes around to help you navigate where things were located. Good location and nice patio area. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Great Spring Break

First time staying in Las Sendas and we loved it!! The home was beautiful, the location was perfect, we had all the comforts of home. Susan was so helpful! We stayed for nearly two weeks and enjoyed the home and the convenience to restaurants, shopping, etc. we would stay again!!

Perfect!

Loved this house. It was perfect for our group of 6 adults. The house was immaculate and well equipped. We enjoyed both the living area and outside space. The location was excellent for all our needs and close to many good restaurant choices. We also explored the many walking trails. The owners were cordial and very communicative. Perfection

Two couples, perfect house, great weather, beautiful hikes, and best hosts. We were in heaven. The backyard is lovely, and we spent our evenings there after hiking. But if the weather isn't great you will love the very comfortable living room and fireplace. In fact, you'll love everything about this house: its very high ceilings, the open and fully equipped kitchen great for conviviality, the fabulously comfy beds. So nice.

My husband Dan and I moved from South Dakota to Arizona in 1988. We love Arizona more every year! Of course we miss a lot of things about the upper Midwest, especially the people. Luckily we get see a lot of them down here in the winter. My husband and son are both avid outdoorsmen. And all three of us love the lakes and mountains here in Arizona. I guess that's why we like this area of the valley so much, being close to the beauty of the Sonoran Desert never gets old for us !
