Pam and Glyn's Las Sendas Retreat. Furnished home with 31 night minimum rental

Minimum 31 night rental due to HOA rules. Our beautiful home in the gated community of Las Sendas is waiting for you and your family to create lasting memories. Our home has 5 bedrooms, each with king sized beds and a TV, two bedrooms have ensuites and there is a third bathroom. The picturesque back yard has a swimming pool with a water feature and hot tub (additional fee to heat), a putting green, an outdoor gas fireplace and a built in grill that has a small fridge to keep your beverages cold. Inside there is a pool table and slot machine as well as board games for children of all ages. You can take advantage of the biking trails nearby by with the bikes provided or choose one of the many nearby trails and go for a hike. There are many great restaurants a short drive away but should you choose to eat at the house the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve a meal to a large group. We are conveniently located to both Mesa Gateway and Sky Harbor airports.

Our love of Arizona began when we purchased a condo in 2010. We have both lived most of our lives in Delta, British Columbia, Canada, on the outskirts of Vancouver and the warm sunny winter weather was a nice reprieve from the Vancouver rain. We quickly realized that we needed a larger home so we could share our love of Arizona with our family. We purchased this home in 2022 and have not looked back. We have a condo on Maui that we own and manage (since 2008) and have previously managed our condo in Arizona so I am very experienced as a host. We pride ourselves in providing a clean, well equipped property that is as described and addressing any issues a guest might have quickly. Unfortunately our HOA does not allow rentals less then 30 days but we are happy to share our home for longer stays.

We love the Las Sendas neighbourhood and we choose it because this is where we like to stay when we are in Arizona. This peaceful neighbourhood is the perfect place to spend time with our adult children and our grandchildren. There are wide walking paths along side the community roads and the area is a favorite for bicyclists. The Las Sendas community is well thought out and the common areas are beautifully maintained in a desert landscape. This gated community offers pools, parks and an extensive trail system.

この宿泊施設の特徴

We love that our house is one level with no stairs. It is very spacious and the rooms are all a generous size. The backyard is made for relaxing with the pool, hot tub, fire pit, grill, outdoor patio set, chaise loungers and the putting green. Inside we play pool and play the slot machine that is set for entertainment only (sorry, no payouts from this machine). Family movie night in the great room is always a hit when it includes popcorn. We are close to both Sky Harbor (22.4 Miles) and Mesa Gateway (17.4 miles) and there are many restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Barrett Jackson is 32.2 miles away and the State Farm Stadium in Glendales is 44.1 miles away.
