With the rental of this house, you are invited to use the Innsbruck Sports Complex amenities including the community pool & pickleball courts. This beautiful vacation home is perfect for entertaining and relaxing with friends. It sits on a double mountainside wooded lot on the 18th fairway with a private nature trail and running creek below. Enjoy the spacious open floor plan highlighted by a multi-story vaulted ceiling and fantastic views from all 4 decks.

We were in Helen for a family wedding weekend. Awesome rental! Beautiful inside and out. Ample supplies and lots of space inside, quiet area, lots of lush and green areas with a trail behind the house to enjoy nature. House lay out was perfect for friends or family, gathering spaces and privacy as well. Weather kept us from enjoying outside spaces but lots of seating avsilable. Highly recommend this rental!

Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. With five bedrooms we had room for the extended family. But be aware, there’s only one bedroom in the main floor, two on the upper floor and two in the basement. There are three flights of stairs to get to the basement! The views are lovely and we enjoyed our stay.

The kitchen had parts of a blender but none fit together. We bought one and left it there. Hot tub was great. The only problem is that it was very awkward to get into. Lid was so heavy it took 4 of us (ladies in their 70s) to get it on and off. The hot tub really should be in a larger area to be able to walk around it. Other than that everything was wonderful.

overall it was a fun vacation, but I probably would never stay here again. the front desk staff was rude to me on the phone multiple times and would have an attitude when I asked questions (this was my first time renting my own Vrbo under my own name so I wanted to make sure everything went smooth). The house was dirtier than I expected, spiders in the showers, dirty dishes with residue in the cabinets, and a foul smell in the basement. Towards the end of our stay one of the pipes started leaking in the basement. The hot tub was nice and being close to amenities was nice as well, but the service was disorganized. I called a month ahead to plan a spa day for my bachelorette party and they said we’d have a waitress and full bar at the pool. No waiter was scheduled and the lovely woman who helped us clearly didn’t know what she was doing and was overwhelmed. She told us they didn’t schedule anyone for the pool area, which surprised me due to the reservation I booked and the volume of people that they knew would be at the pool during our spa time frame. The massage was nice and pool was nice but overall customer service felt poor. Lots of miscommunication. I probably wouldn’t stay here again, but we still had a fun time. Enjoyed the location and the hot tub!

The amenities and house were spot on! Check-In was very easy and ready early so we were able to explore and get comfortable with the property. We had an issue with the gas fire place but we called and the host/cabin rentals sent a repair man immediately. He was very professional and friendly. We had 6 adults and 4 children from the ages of 5 months to 5 years and had plenty of room! The house is beautiful, close to town, and would highly recommend staying at Mountain House Retreat!

Memorial Day last minute get aesy

We had an amazing time in town, on the golf course. In the hot tub and at the fire pit. The house is amazing and spacious and the resort is gorgeous. Golfing and the fire pit area are a must. Thank you so much for a great time and life long memories.
