NOTICE: Please be advised that a hotel complex is being built on the property next to Sandcastles Condominium. It is an active construction site with noise from the heavy equipment and machinery. Our rates have been discounted to reflect this fact. The workdays are Monday - Saturday 8AM - 5PM. It will not impact any of Sandcastles amenities, like the pool or beach access.

Unit 402 is a beautiful condo that is perfect for a peaceful & relaxing romantic getaway, or for a fun filled family vacation.

The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the open concept and spacious dining room and living room. The balcony has a great view of the ocean from the 4th floor (north facing). The luxurious master bedroom has high quality linens & pillows. There is a new flatscreen TV mounted on the wall, a walk in closet, and an ensuite. The guest bedroom has two full beds, a closet and a TV. The unit also has a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a closet filled with beach chairs and toys for your use.

Great place to celebrate family and life

Beautiful spacious condo! Perfect clean pool and hot tub! Steps to the beach. Very comfortable beds. Loaded kitchen! Great ice maker in fridge. Friendly guests! Friendly and professional property manager!!! Would totally recommend this place!

Space Coast

Our stay was planned around our grandson and his birthday. The condo was in the perfect location right on the beach and access to the pool was easy. The condo had everything we needed from beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy the Space Coast and to see a launch. Our view from the balcony was perfect.

Great Vacation

Our family had a great vacation. We were right on the beach. We were able to see the sunrise & the sunset from the balcony! The unit was clean and spacious. There were plenty of dining options for the family from walkable restaurants to delivery. Great stay! Thank you!

Great stay!

We visited with extended family, and the unit was my favorite within our group. It was great to be in the same building as everyone else but have our own space for our immediate family. My daughters loved that the second bedroom now has two double beds instead of twin beds! We heard back quickly when we had a question, and the communication about checkin, WiFi, etc was very clear. There is construction nearby, as the new Westin is being built, but it was never loud or disruptive to our trip. We’d definitely stay in this unit again on a trip to Cocoa Beach.

Nice condo and location be aware of construction next door

Had a nice stay at this condo unit at the SandCastles resort which is right on the beach. The unit itself was very nice, clean, kitchen had two coffee pots, very basic kitchen stuff but that’s fine. There was a SpaceX launch one night we were there and we had a great view from the balcony. Only issues… the balcony faces a run down long term stay apartment building and a vacant lot that is being excavated and I would assume something will be built there over the next year so we thought it should have been disclosed, it didn’t wake us up at 6am or anything, but not very tranquil looking out from balcony. The property management company also closed the pool one day since the weather got into the 50’s at night, the pool is heated, and they closed the hot tub which our kids were less than thrilled about. We also had an issue with never receiving the code for the check in and had to call the property company when we landed in Orlando, but they were super responsive and very helpful. Overall, its a nice unit, good location, just be prepared on the construction outside the unit if you have plans on sitting outside.

Beach Front paradise

Accommodation was amazing. Excellent communication with property manager. Condo was clean and had everything we needed to self sustain. Beach was super close walk downstairs and take a left and not crowded. Really was satisfied

Nice quiet condo

This property was easy to get and close to every thing you need. The beach is a right there. Pool was well kept. This place has everything you need for beach supplies. You can make meals there. The drive to NASA was easy to get to.

Nice Place to Stay

Overall it was a great place and we liked the closeness to restaurants and other area attractions. We were in the area for a baseball tournament and several of the players and family were staying at this location. The unit was very modern and well stocked for the most part and the I have only two concerns.... 1. The lack of bath towels and wash cloths (5) and the fitted sheets would not stay on the beds in the unit. There was 5 of us, so I had to do a load of laundry every day, 2. On site management was way to strict with the pool and noise. It was about 3:00 in the afternoon and the pool was full of people. (Ocean riptides and currents made it unsafe). Complaints were made about our kids and parents, plus a group of softball players and parents being too loud. I could understand if it was 9:00 or 10:00 at night, but not 3:00 in the afternoon. The guys threatened to close the pool over one complaint and didn't consider all the people in the pool.

Excellent holiday accommodations and experience!

The property and condo are both exceptionally maintained! The condo had everything we were looking for - very well stocked. 402 was bright, tastefully decorated and perfectly located by the beach, in a safe area. The pictures are an accurate representation of the unit. The pool is beautiful. The property manager stayed in communication with us through our visit and promptly responded to emails. We loved our stay and hope to return again!

The condo was spacious. The living room furniture and rug were worn; they looked much newer in pic. This unit is not ocean facing - from the LR you look out to a parking lot and construction (my fault for not noticing this when searching listings). The pool is also in a weird spot; too near the parking lot. The weather was awful, which didn’t help our stay. This unit is not near the one elevator shaft - since it is the 4th floor you will typically use the elevator. I left an article of clothing behind and when I called the next day to inquire, the property manager said the cleaners did not find it, which was not possible because I know I left it. We were warned of possible balcony construction and allegedly had a price break - if I knew how loud the construction was going to be I would not have stayed there. Overall, the condo served it’s purpose but a friend stayed up the street in a hotel and it was a better layout overall with a much more private pool. I will not stay on east coast again.

Absolutely perfect beachfront property!

I can’t say enough good things about this condo! It’s beautiful and tastefully decorated in soothing beachy colors. It’s very spacious and laid out so well. I love that the bedrooms are separate from each other and also separate from the main living areas which allows people in bedrooms to not be disturbed by night owls or early risers. The full size kitchen made it easy to cook meals there. We enjoyed the ocean views from the balcony and master bedroom and also being steps from the beach. It’s great for one person or larger groups as there are roll away beds in addition to the 3 beds, including a pack n play for babies/toddlers. There’s tons of storage so we didn’t have to trip over luggage all week. The beach chairs and umbrella were great to have. Zareh was great to communicate things and was quick to answer questions that came up. We loved our stay there so much we hated to leave. We will be back!!!
