Building Notice: Concrete improvement work is scheduled to begin around late July/early August and is expected to continue through early September. Most activity will be concentrated near Building 1, the south oceanfront building (home to Units 1, 3, 4, 7, and 15), though minor work may take place in other areas of the complex. Guests may experience occasional daytime construction noise during this period.

The unit was very clean and perfect for our 6-person group. The provided beach chairs and umbrella were great to have and enhanced our experience. The pool area was nice and the beach was great (except for the seaweed that had been stirred up by storm - completely outside of anyone's control).The Spanish Main itself is a bit on the older side, but definitely functional (and I overheard workers talking about planned improvements). The location is great and walkable to a lot of restaurants, bars and conveniences.

My two sisters and I got this rental with our 89-year-old mother so we could all spend Mother's Day weekend together. It could not have been any better. Everything from a very smooth check-in to communication with the management company checking in on us to the views sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean ... It was all absolutely perfect. We had more than enough room with 4 adult women and it was just all in all a very good vacation.You are right in the middle of all that Cocoa Beach has to offer. I used to live there so I knew the area well. This condo was just everything we needed for a and catch up type of visit since we all live in different states now.We rent through VRBO quite often and this rental is definitely on our list to return to.

Very nice place with nice courtyard over looking a pooll and beautiful ocean views. Everything was well stocked and laid out. The only two things i highly suggest are black out curtains in all of the rooms instead of just one, and bath mats in the two bathrooms.

Communication from and with the host was excellent and the price was reasonable. This unit was on the second story with easily access from the outside stairs or the elevator. The complex is U shaped opening to the beach/ocean with the private pool in the center. There is a private raised boardwalk over the beach dune leading from the pool area directly to the beach. You enter the unit from the parking lot side and unit flows past the kitchen and dining/living room areas to the second story balcony overlooking the pool. The ocean is visible from the balcony. The beach view is only slightly obscured by the dune and vegetation from this second story balcony, however, the tranquil sound of crashing waves can be heard while relaxing on one of the 4 chairs on the balcony. This three bedroom unit with 4 beds was perfect for our family of 5 with a master for the parents and two rooms for our 3 adult children.The Spanish Main Condominiums is conveniently located within 3-7 minute drive from grocery stores and a very popular national brand coffee shop. It is only a 12 minute drive to a national brand supercenter store. More importantly, there are many local restaurants and ice cream shops worth your attention. There is a nice coffee & breakfast establishment right next door.At the time of our visit in mid-May, the atmosphere was exactly what we wanted. A comfortable place to relax with no loud parties disturbing the enjoyment of the Cocoa Beach area.

Florida with Grand’ma

We spent a week at Spanish Main unit 52 as a 3-Generations party, and the purpose of the trip was to take Grand’ma to Disney for her 80th birthday. We had a wonderful time during our stay. We were looking specifically for a 3-bedroom condo to accommodate 5 adults (i.e. Grand’ma, Mom, Dad, and two kids aged 21 and 23). We have appreciated very much the comfort of the condo, the cleanliness of all the resort and the convenience of the location.

The place is as advertised with nice space n well furnished n comfortable beds n well equipped kitchen . Managers were fantastic with their prompt response . Only negative was one of the toilets was iffy often requiring plunging after use . Managers sent a plumber right away but required new toilet that the owner decided to forego as it was still functional. Other than that , location was great with ocean just few steps away, with all the restaurants n shops nearby n Disney only an hour away . If not for the toilet problem , it would have been 5 stars for sure

Spanish Main Condo at Cocoa Beach

The condo was clean and roomy. It was the perfect size for the 5 of us. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and the balcony. Access to the pool and beach was very convenient, and we were glad to have beach/pool items provided. We have only two complaints: The bedrooms weren’t very cool at night. There were only two fans, so we let our kids use them. Also, the hall bathroom toilet didn’t flush well and kept getting clogged. After plunging it multiple times a day, we ended up just using the master bathroom toilet, which wasn’t ideal. The property manager was helpful and sent a plumber twice, but the issue wasn’t resolved. The master bathroom toilet also clogged several times, but we were able to plunge it. It usually took two flushes to empty the bowl. Needless to say, I didn’t enjoy plunging the toilets so many times during my vacation! Toilets aren’t expensive, and both toilets need to be replaced!
