Great escape

This property offers an amazing view atop the bluff of Las Gaviotas directly outside the surf break. It is directly on the main walkway where you have an opportunity to talk to all the great neighbors and talk surfing. The guards are delightful and the community is clean and safe. Highly recommend

The amazing thing about this house is the view, because of the location! Just beautiful waking up to the Pacific Ocean every morning. It is pretty well equipt with the necessary items however, because we all enjoy cooking,and entertaining I found that the kitchen could use some new items....better utensils, pots and pans, pot holders, kitchen towels, they were old, stained and only a few, also not enough drinking glasses and a few things like that. The beds were comfortable the bathrooms pretty well stocked, again, lacking in hand towels. There also was not a washer/dryer for us to use which would have been helpful. There were 6 adults together and we would recommend this location if you want a beautiful view of the ocean and the surfers, which were so entertaining to watch.

Beautiful house with beach access

The place was beautiful and relaxing. Unfortunately one of the members in our group was exposed to Covid a few days before our trip. I reached out to the owner to see what options I had and possibly reduce the number of days I was staying or change our dates, but there was little to no response. She initially responded saying she did not understand what the problem was. I tried to further explain the situation but I didn't hear back from her at all. Not before our stay or during the stay. Initially our group had 5 people, but it ended up only being me and 1 friend that I convinced to come along so I didn't stay in Mexico by myself. I wish the owner was a bit more accommodating with the situation but I understand she was also trying to get her money. I guess just a heads up that if anyone in your party gets Covid before your trip you will likely not be able to change or cancel your reservation.
